How to bold last name if it same in SSRS report?

I have a report in SSRS I have been given a requirement the user wants the last name on the report to be bold if they are the same.  No idea what the expression would be.

The above statement is not quite clear as to what "... the same" means above however...regardless of that I'm not aware of any data conditional formatting to match your request.
As far as I'm aware you can do this conditional formatting at column level assuming the "LastName" is a column in your report and that can be easily done as explained here:
https://www.tutorialgateway.org/format-table-report-in-ssrs/
There is no easy way to do this, without reading the SSRS file first (find or compare last names)
then re-write the SSRS file with the two or more names the same. I would use the REGExpressions code in the building of the report under the code tab.
