Help Desk Ticketing program

Which HelpDesk trouble ticket system do you experts use to track tickets and allow management to view tickets?  Does anyone use a program app from Sharepoint?  I'd like to receive tickets simply by getting an email and then it gets logged in as a ticket.

We are using Zoho, but are shifting to Jira.

We use Service Now
It is quite comprehensive
SNOW is the best ticketing took in the market.

We are currently testing OTOBO (based on OTRS, but much better).
