If you have the ability to create your own SQL then look at Google Data.

I am after a simple online asset management tool to record the details of our IT equipment: laptops, mobiles, monitors etc. I don't need a full ticketing system or knowledgebase or application that installs locally on our machine or sweeps the network for any new devices. Just a simple record of who has what, serial number etc etc. What I need is only a bit more complicated than a spreadsheet but needs to be able to record the history of each device. Later we will build a proper system into D365 but we are not there yet Any recommendations Cheers
