Move Website DNS Without Access to Current DNS

I need to set up DKIM and DMARC for a client whose email we host at Rackspace. Although we have access to the domain name host (Godaddy), we don't have access to the DNS which is hosted at JustHost. Is it possible to set up new DNS at Godaddy or elsewhere without losing access to their website? In other words, how to we duplicate the existing DNS settings without the ability to see the DNS? The client cannot reach the person who built the website, so we're unable to access the DNS at this time. Hostingchecker.com says the website is hosted at Unified Layer.
