Sophos Connect VPN odd connection issue

Sophos Connect will connect but it will not provide internet or mapped drives to the LAN from my PC or laptop. If I install Sophos Connect on a new laptop, it will work fine. I have uninstalled my AV, and not sure what else would be preventing it from working on my existing PC or Laptop. Any suggestions, since I know from a new laptop it does work properly?

So the issue only happens on one system?

- Clean reinstall of VPN client

- Check for policy or other settings that may be unique to this laptop.

- I know it sound random, but try rebuilding the profile or a fresh login.

clean re-install didn't help, there are lots of unique programs on the laptop vs a brand new one, which who knows which one could possibly be causing the issue. 

I have not built a fresh profile, really trying to avoid that...but it might be the only way around this
