Transport the content on this app on to another app.

Dear expert,

I use iphone and I have this community’s app on it

My open my app to see the response.

I need help to see if anyone can help me to perform the folliwng:

1. Copy the response  on to a ‘note app’ or the body of the email (like yahoo)
2. If a code (like vba) is given and it is lengthy and does not fit the view window. How do I open and copy the entire code onto a ‘note app’ or the body of the email

Essentially, I am trying to see how I can transport the content on the app on to another app.
