SMB 1 is installed (On Windows 2016 Server)

We have a Windows 2016 DC in production.  According to the Windows Admin Center, SMB 1 is installed on it.

Has anyone had any experience with uninstalling it with repercussions while the server is in a production environment?  Or, should Uninstalling it be a rather simple process that shouldn't impact any sharing/permission settings?

Can be Uninstalled from the Windows Admin Center....

We aren't running any WinXP/7, Win2003, or Win2008 OSs.

what about scanners - scan to file?
an older NAS  using SMB1 ?

@David, No legacy NAS or scan to file in use.  However, there is a Windows 2016 DC Member File Server attempting to access the Windows 2016 DC.  These are the only two remaining 2016 servers left in the environment.

then there is  no issue to disable SMB1.. uninstall after a month if no one starts screaming.
