I would try creating a new database and migrating a few maiboxes to it. If the errors do not happen on that database, then migrate the rest to it. You could have a corrupted data. Another option would be to try an offline defrag of the database. If you want to try that, here is a link to step-by-step instructions.

Agree with Rodney, Create a new database and try to migrate a few mailboxes to it. If all good, you can move rest of the mailboxes.
Another option is to use offline defragmentation Exchange Mailbox Database with Eseutil /d PowerShell.
