Hello Ram,

did you restore all the registry keys as indicated on the most migration procedure?

How to Migrate Microsoft Certificate Authority service to Server 2022 - ICT Fella

Note that the migration should be made to a new server using the same type of authority as the source.

I never had this problem migrating Root "Enterprise CA" to another Root "Enterprise CA".

What are the changes you are trying to do?

Note that you could always go back to the old server and restart its services. But, you should have to publish information in AD.

(new) Certificates given by the new authority have to be created again.

Active Directory (AD) is a Microsoft brand for identity-related capabilities. In the on-premises world, Windows Server AD provides a set of identity capabilities and services, and is hugely popular (88% of Fortune 1000 and 95% of enterprises use AD). This topic includes all things Active Directory including DNS, Group Policy, DFS, troubleshooting, ADFS, and all other topics under the Microsoft AD and identity umbrella.
