it means that only amazones.com can be the sending source of mail for your domain

if my domain name is MyDomainXYZ.com
and TXT record is : v=spf1 include:amazones.com -all
how would that  work?

If you want other people to trust you, and you use amazones.com to send out your emails (with that domain name), then that TXT record would achieve what you want.

What do you mean with that domain name?
MyDomainXYZ.com
OR
amazones.com
