Workstation should be Domain Network but is private

My workstation (Windows 11 Pro) is joined to a domain. Network drives are there. Everything works fine but Network and Sharing thinks it is a Private Network. It should be a Domain Network. I can't say enough bad about Microsoft Support. All 10 or so of my Server 2022 Standard servers (different customers) boots to being a Public Network, I have opened a ticked with Microsoft. 3 months later they haven't had time to get back to me yet. Their software and support really, really suck. Now it looks like the NLA, DNS, Network Type issues have worked their way into their Desktop OS. Any ideas why Network and Sharing thinks it is a Private Network? I have tried re-joining the domain several times.

I am going to have to say no help. That link seems to be addressing the issue on a server. I have gotten past that. The way I did it was to make the NLA service dependent upon the DNS service. I am talking about the workstation. It is not unidentified. It is Private. I also noticed and have checked several of my workstations. The NLA service is set to manual and not even wanting when the workstations boot. Thanks for the link but I don't think it is relevant.

try disabling the nic and then re-enabling it..

If not already set, please set the DC as only DNS entry in the client's NIC and then disable+re-enable the NIC.

Tried that earlier. It disabled OK but when I enable it I got:
