After doing that the Office was completelly uninstalled...

Its a full repair of office. It will not uninstall it completely. It repairs all office files to fix your issue. If it's uninstalled just reinstall it. Log onto to portal.office.com, and just reinstall M365 office from there.

Yes...
After repair a popup arised and show it's not possible to reinstall.
So I'm reinstalling it manually.
After downloading the installer from portal.office.com

The instalation process run OK....

But it seens that the only way to start Outlook is by via the M365 menu page...

(the other apps starts correctly from the windows lateral menu)...

By the way Outlook opens with no errors, now.

Any workaround to adequate it?

You're in the portal. You are not selecting outlook on the desktop. In the search area of the desktop type Outlook and the icon should show for you.

Hi

Continuing with the line in progress before trying new ones...

According to the images, the first attempt was to directly activate Outlook using the scroll bar, I found that something during the reinstallation prevented it from working correctly.

By activating the M365 menu, which, according to the image, is a Windows app, Outlook is correctly activated. In the Task Manager, it is clear that Outlook also works as a Windows app.

Other apps, such as Excel, for example, when reinstalled, kept their functional icons in the Windows side function bar.

@WORKS2011

I installed the uninstaller and started the uninstallation.
However, the process is taking a very long time...

But after a long time, concluded.

After, correctly installed!!!

I've had the same thing happen at times and I restart and it always works fine after. I believe there's some communication going on between Microsoft and the version(s) it's removing, maybe it's checking licensing, it can take much longer than a manual uninstall. The good thing is it does a great job cleaning up all the excess entries and I find MS Office runs much smoother after.

I agree with you!
It could take a long time to fix everything on M365 (Exel didn't work correctly also, before) but after runs much better.

Hey Eduardo,

What I understood after reading this thread is you have taken more efforts on fixing Office! but still Outlook is not working right,

There might be a chance of corruption in your outlook profile. Check with SARA tool, Microsoft's inbuilt Outlook error diagnosis tool. Sometimes, using a specific repair tool for Outlook can help sort out these issues.

If you're still having trouble with Outlook, this blog might be helpful: Repair Outlook 365 in Windows. It covers steps to fix Outlook issues specifically in Windows 10, which could help with your situation.

Hi Amit

Thank you for your concerns and advices.
The Office365 tool sugested took a long time to run but really fix the problem....
