Converting text to date using Power Query in Excel

I certainly need help with Power query converting text to a date type.

All, please note date comes out with year, month and then day.  (as shown in below image)

Thus my question is:  what do I put in the Custom column Formula - I can't just convert to Date.

I'm going to have to parse out first the text to Day-Month-Year from above.    If I were using VBA, I could do Left([MeasurementDay], 4) + Mid([MeasurementDay], 5, 2) + Right([MeasurementDay], 2)

I tried the following formula:  Text.End([MeasurementDay], 2)& "/"& Text.Middle([MeasurementDay], 5, 2)& "/"& Text.Start([MeasurementDay], 4)

But I get an Error for the value in the column.
