Hi,
I have a new android cell phone (Samsung Galaxy Ultra S24). I have the following issue with the pop up in this cell phone like this:
I have been using this phone for around 1 year. Everything is good. Nothing happened. But recently I got the “strange pop up” (note: This happened when I updated my bible app version). This pop up appeared like “the Praying hands” (Pls see picture #1). It stayed in its place (it did not move around), but it always pops to the top (coming nearer to my face) and Pops to the bottom (going away from my face). I tried many things, but I cannot remove this pop up.

The effect or result: My files in the desktop seem “collected or screened to 1 window” (pls see picture #2).

I want to know what app did cause the pop up (pls see picture # 3) , then I go to setting > scrolling down until I get the “Apps” > I double-click the “Apps” > I saw the culprit is the “Amen” app > I tried to uninstall this “Amen” app, but it did not let me do it > the things that I can do to click “Force Stop”, but it did not do anything; the pop up is still going on

Thanks,
Tjie

Looks like an advertisement. Did you buy the app that was recently updated? If not then you are probably paying for it's use by watching ads.
I Have been using this phone for around 1 year.
All my files and apps from old phone were transferred from old phone to this phone during the replacement; 1 of them was the free bible app.
Any suggestion? Thank you.
Check that ‘free’ app - most apps are not free, they are either paid or mentioned as ‘free’ but they will display ads. Developers must make money one way or they other. Look for that app in the Playstore and read the terms. I guessing it says that it will display ads.

Can you show the setting you changed? What you described would not get rid of the advertising. Is that Amen app still installed?

A cellular phone (also known as a mobile phone, cell phone, hand phone, or simply a phone) is a telephone that can make and receive telephone calls over a radio link while moving around a wide geographic area by connecting to a cellular network provided by a mobile phone operator, allowing access to the public telephone network. Mobile phones that offer services such as text messaging, email, Internet access, business applications, gaming, photography and more general computing capabilities are referred to as smartphones.
