ChatGTP with Microsoft Access

As a test yesterday I used ChatGTP to create a Microsoft Access database for a manufacturing firm.  It appeared to work and in fact presented the proper tables and fields.  I then saved the .accdb to my desktop and tried to open it.  I get an “unrecognized database format” error.  Any thoughts?

I did it as an experiment but just realized the result is 0 bytes!

Yes, a zero bytes file will get you such errors. +1 for Jim's question: how was the actual file created?

Ask ChatGPT for the create script.

You can run this directly in Microsoft Access using the SQL view of the Query Designer
