We are using a Sophos XG 3100 hardware firewall, and our users access the internet from behind this firewall. We have already implemented URL filtering and application control policies.
As users require access to ChatGPT, we have allowed it through the firewall and have conducted awareness sessions to educate them on responsible usage. However, we believe it would be better to restrict the ability to upload files through the ChatGPT interface to prevent potential data leakage.
please advise if it is technically feasible to block file uploads to ChatGPT using Sophos XG 3100, and how this can be achieved.

We believe in human intelligence. Our moderation policy strictly prohibits the use of LLM content in our Q&A threads.
I would think it is along the line of custom web policy using chatgpt url, firewall rules for the web policy and add in apps filter on blokcing browser based to the rule
