Hi,
I have old HP Pavilion laptop about 10 year old. I do not see USB C for this. I bought USB extender to connect 4 more USBs. If I connect 3 hard drives and speaker with microphone response is not that good. Any docker station I can buy for this laptop so that i can extend to extended monitor and same time connect to 3 hard drives, one ear phone with micro phone, wired mouse etc.
I see one small hole on right hand side at the top. I am not sure what that hole is for?
Please advise

It would be really helpful to have the model number (from the product label) for the laptop.
Docking stations are usually built specifically for that particular laptop model. Those laptops have a special connector, usually on the base of the laptop so you can sit the laptop on top of the station, or it is at the back so you can shove the laptop into the station. The station then provides the laptop with power (the docking station has it's own power-supply, & it extends the ports so you can attach a keyboard & mouse, several displays, Ethernet cable, USB ports etc. to the station. Docking stations are meant to be stationary, in your Office, so you can attach the laptop just with one connection. The laptop itself doesn't need any other connections, so all the cables are connected to the docking station, not the laptop.
If you laptop doesn't have such a dedicated port, or HP doesn't build docking stations for it, you normally can't use docking stations with it. You will be limited to Hubs which can provide similar features to docking stations, but they aren't powered & they don't provide the same comfort.
So without knowing the exact pavillion model we don't know if that laptop will even have a docking station available for it.
Thank you.
I pressed Fn+Esc but not showing the model number. I checked under Settings About do not see model number there as well
I see Device Name
Processor
RAM
etc though

You could buy a powered USB hub. Based on your description, you likely don't need a more expensive dock.
The current USB hub you're using won't provide enough power to multiple disk drives unless they also have their own power. 3.5" external disks tend to have their own power, but 2.5" portable disks don't and will need a powered hub. You might have enough power for 2 newer SSDs, but certainly not 3, and definitely not 2 HDs, if the hub isn't powered.
As it is 10 year old labels are not very visible. Any where on System properties etc. I can see model number?

Can I give Device ID and Product ID? Does that give model number?
This is what a connector for a Docking station on a Dell Latitude of mine looks like:

& the link below shows you how such a docking station looks like:

If your laptop doesn't have a similar connector, it doesn't support docking stations.
What was the Product ID/Model number of your 10 y old HP Pavilion?
