Hi,

Is it possible to create colour libraries patterns in Adobe Creative Cloud, and then they appear in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Sketch, and Adobe Comp?

I'm constantly working on repeat client projects and I have to keep going back to their logo to sample their default color. I'm sure Adobe Creative Cloud has a better way of managing this across all of their software?

Hi,

I'm a Windows guy, so maybe I'm missing something...

When I open up a Macbook Pro and lick on the Photo app, I can see all (14K) photos.

I've recently installed Lightroom 6, and tried importing those photos into the Lightroom catalogue. Problem is, I can't find the Mac Photos folder during the Lightroom Import process.

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance.

Custom built computer, Windows 10 64 bit, up-to-date; Core i7 3.5 6-core; 32 gig ram; Invidia GTX 980 video card

My computer is set up for graphics and motion, I use several of the Adobe Creative Cloud programs plus Microsoft 365 Word, Excel and occasionally PowerPoint to pursue my business. I use a Wacom Intous 3 tablet for navigation with a mouse on the side.

This setup has operated flawlessly for two years — and then for some reason Adobe InDesign either does not respond to input from the tablet, or there is a delayed response in selecting objects or editing text. If I click on the object or text with the mouse, the response is normal. After I click on the object with the mouse, then the tablet will work normally for a while and then go back to slow or no response. The tablet works fine in Photoshop and Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

For the Microsoft programs, in Word and Excel, with the tablet, I get a small dot instead of a normal cursor which I believe is the pencil tool instead of the normal cursor. All of this began simultaneously. Sometimes I also get the dot with the mouse, but manage to get it to work normally most of the time.

I have the latest updated driver installed for the tablet. I have a current model tablet I use with my laptop and I thought since the Intuous 3 is an older tablet, that might be the problem, so I removed the old driver and tablet and installed the new tablet and driver and the results were the same, so I know the problem is not …

Issue:
We have a user that has a XenDesktop VDA with PvD. Adobe Cloud with Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. is installed in the PvD.

The user gets a filled up scratch disk every few weeks.
scratch disk full
Troubleshooting already done:
When searching through all hidden files on the C and P drives, I can't find the "photoshop temp" files mentioned by Adobe. Based on file size, it looks like the scratch disk files are mounted in the hidden V drive (userdata.vhd) of the P drive.

Going to Purge in the Edit menu of Photoshop comes up with greyed out options.

The scratch disk location in Photoshop is the C and P drive.

I know that we could reset the PvD, but that would remove all of the installed Adobe programs which would be a huge time waster.

Questions:
- How can I easily remove the scratch disk files without resetting the PvD?
- Can I provide steps to the end user so they can clear out their own scratch disk?

Hello,

Using the project files are fine located on the local machine, but when accessing the same project from the Windows server 2012 r2, InDesign crashes on Sierra OS X.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

Thank you.

I am deploying Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign on an application server. I want to prevent messages like the "minimum vRAM" message from popping up for each user. I know I can have the user click the "don't show again" but I would like to block/acknowledge these messages completely.

Hello,
I am trying to allow entered content by end user to flow from bottom of page two to top of page three.  I have tried everything and I am at the end of my rope.  I'd like to pay you to look at my form and fix it for me.  Or do a webex with me and show me how to do it.  Or both!  Gladly will pay for whatever.

Page 2 - appearances.  Almost all of the time, end user will enter information that is larger than field shown.  When this occurs, I'd like it to go to the next page.
thank you!

I have a long document. There are book quotes in this document. I want to manage these book quotes in a standalone file. When I edit quotes, I want them to be synced. How can I do that?

Saw this image online and loved it. Need to know what the name of this type of Edit is called so I can youtube it. If there is a free preset I can download for Lightroom CC, that would be even better. However, I would need to know the name of this particular preset.

I've been living in an ancient world, still using Photoshop CS2. Its time to upgrade, but I have many PSD files created in CS2. My question is a simple one (hopefully).

Will my PSD files be compatible with Photoshop CC? Will I be able to open and edit my old PSD's in CC?

Dear Experts

I would like to edit an MP4 video file I have and overlay some of my own photos onto parts of the video.

For example - see attached mp4 video.  I would like to be able to add my own photo onto the TV screen in the video at 00:23 in the video attached.

Can anyone advise if this is even possible - and if so, what software can I best achieve this with?

Many thanks for any help.

Grant

If video file not attached - see link below for video I have that I wish to edit!

I have an Adobe Livecycle generated form, the form is hosted on an intranet, and it collects few pieces of information from users, I'm trying to add a "save as" button onto the form so that users can save, print, email the form along with the data entered, so I added a "save as" button with the relative javascript line (app.execMenuItem("SaveAs"), but when I preview it I get an error;
Save a Blank Copy of this Form, Data typed into this form will not be saved.

What's the work around and what do you recommend.

Thx

I have an Aramaic Nasrani ("Christian") image on a black background I want to separate from the black, so I can make a logo with it.
The Nasrani is attached, and also is a composite I made in MS PowerPoint 2016.
Ideally I want to make the black go away, and leave me with an Alpha channel I can send to an embroidery shop.
Can anyone step me through that in either PPT 2016 or Adobe CS6? (I have Photoshop CS6 but am NOT literate.)
Files are attached. Thanks.

I was trying to download creative cloud, but it seems that an error occurs. The error says that I need to down load creative cloud to run creative cloud. So its an endless loop.

Is there any solution?

I see how to set markers in Premier Pro (CS6) while a video is being edited, but how do I set markers that I can jump to when the rendered video is playing?

Thanks.

I have two Graphic Designers using the same versions of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat DC Pro. One of the users is running Windows 7 and the other Windows 10. The Windows 10 client has an issue with missing Helvitica fonts when printing PDF documents created in InDesign. If the document is printed with InDesign it comes out perfectly. The other user has no issues. Both clients are using the same driver printing to the same printer. I am assuming this is a Windows 10 issue. I am looking for a resolution without having to rebuild this client with Windows 7.

I created  a PDF report that is digitally signed. I need to make comment but I also found  typos in the documents that I need to correct but it won't let me. When I checked the Security Setting, I saw " Changing Document Not Allowed". How can I change this in Adobe Pro XI?

Hi. I am new to Photoshop. I want to make a tricolor flag in Adobe Photoshop (for printing). I need some help.
I open Photoshop CS6, and set my canvas size (10.5" wide by 7.5" tall). . It is a tricolor flag (top, middle, and bottom).
I set the canvas to white (so I can write on it later).
Question #1: I want a top and bottom color panel 10.5" wide, by 2.5" tall, of the same CMYK color. What steps do I follow, to do that (and make sure they are lined up)?
Question #2: I want to put a single word on the center panel (which is white), centered, size 22 font. What steps do I follow to make that happen?
THANK YOU

I'm working on some footage we shot against a white backdrop and need to clean up around the peoples' edges a bit to make it more consistent with absolute white backdrop we're adding in post. We didn't light it evening enough, and its a bit of a pain to tweak. Our current solution is to crop and feather around the unusable portions. We've also tried to tweak via color correction. Some of the clips also have some minimal movement.

Seem to be having a few issues with slideshow. Not able to preview, play, or export. I am having no luck with adding music files (.mp3) into the slideshow. I tried adding different .mp3's and recreating the slideshow with just a few images, and restarting the app but to no avail.

When adding a music file, i get the following:

I am looking for suggestions on how to create an online form that users can fill out and we can then use to populate a database.  This is a student admission application and it is rather detailed.  I have created a fillable form using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC.  This tool does not allow the automatic population of a database: the user must email it back to us and then we import the data into Excel.  The problem is that we want to have this form available on a kiosk computer but since the user must e-mail the form back to us, they would need access to their own e-mail account on the kiosk - not something that we want to do for obvious reasons.

I have ruled out using a web form due to the complexity of the form and the programming that would be required.

Any other suggestions on how I can accomplish this?
