I added Alex+Brush font to my website to have my menu show this font. All of my tabs display the font except my "Blog" tab, on the Blog page.  That is when I click on the Blog tab and I am taken to the Blog page, the menu is not in Alex+Brush. I entered the google font link to the page as I did with all other pages. : <link href='' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'> . The Blog page menu stills doesn't show the Alex font.  How or where do I place

.sub-menu {
font-family: open_sans, arial;
in my #nav-wrapper? or web site?

/* Secondary wrappers */
#nav-wrapper {
	border-radius:60px 60px 0 0;
	-webkit-border-radius: 60px 60px 0px 0px;
	font:normal 32px Alex Brush, open_sans, Arial, sans-serif;
		font-size: 2rem;

I have a blog site set up in Office 365, SharePoint Online, internally (not on the public site).  I only want a few people to be able to post and manage content, so I have a group set up as contributors.  The typical user should only have read access, but I also want them to be able to comment on individual postings.  If the Everyone group has Read access, they can "Like" postings, but cannot add comments.  I don't see a permission level that will allow them to comment but not allow them to create new posts.  Any ideas on how this can be accomplished?
We currently have a website that is being hosted with Fat Cow web hosting.  We have an MX Record directing the email to Google Apps for NonProfits.  The current website is being changed over to a WordPress website that was created by another company.  I have been told that I can create an A record with our current web hoster using the IP Address from WordPress and that everything should work correctly.  I'm wondering if this is the correct way to go.  Also where do I find the WordPress IP Address?

Thank you in advance
a few examples in bold the part I dont want or intended when typing each title (that part in bold its also my site's name):

Perder Peso sin Cirugia | Blog De Cirugia Plastica y MedicinaBlog De Cirugia Plastica y Medicina

blefaroplastia bogota | Blog De Cirugia Plastica y MedicinaBlog De Cirugia Plastica y Medicina

the first "blog de cirugia plastica y medicina" I typed it in that specific blog post, but the second ones are automatically added, and without a break between words as you can see. I want to only appear as titles the ones I type in every separate blog, without that automatic part in bold with my site title again, like this:

Perder Peso sin Cirugia | Blog De Cirugia Plastica y Medicina

blefaroplastia bogota | Blog De Cirugia Plastica y Medicina

heres my blog

thanks for any help
How take info. of any post/site and automatically publish to my Wordpress' Blog/Site? Which is the best way? The best way use to be the plugin Blogroll Social.

Thank you,

Im using a blog with a few collaborators who arent tech savvy so they need to write their posts the easiest way possible, and thats from the quick draft dashboard (that you see once you login into your WP dashboard) , but for some reason its not saving the posts.

So two of my collaborators wrote long posts only to see them completely lost. Im using twenty ten theme, though Ive changed to other themes and the problem remains

how can I solve this problem? its very important, in fact its a must have, otherwise my writers wont be able to add posts to my blog. As a last resource Im willing to revert to previuos versions of WP where this feature works (I'd need a bit of help as to how to revert to a previous WP version)

heres my blog

the WP version is in spanish (not sure if that makes any difference at all)
We use twitter feed to pass our posts to Facebook and many of the posts have the images only partially shown.  This is a post off of blogger.

For example the word Spirulina is showing as pirulina.  I thought FB was supposed to autosize the images is that some setting somewhere?

You can see it if you go to

I also support another site that is using SNAP (Social Networks Auto Poster) to pass their posts and there are no scrollbars but the images are only shown partially.  This is a wordpress site.

I need to get these looking better.  I have included the images.test-spirulina.tiff

I'm trying to help a friend with his blogger powered blog:

The feedburner rss stopped working, and fails validation.

I've spent the last 3 hours trying to get up to speed on this topic and I'll confess I remain totally confused.

Below is the validator output.

Am I meant to fix this on the blogger template? Is there some page element I should delete and add back?

I don't want him to loose all of his subscribers, though he said if necessary, it's willing to do that.

Aside from the errors below, it's complaining that the RSS is too big.

Mr. Google says something about restricting the recent # of articles via something like this, but I'm not sure it that belongs on the blogger settings | other | rss, or in feedburner:

Any help/tips would be very much appreciated.

Here's the validation output:

hi, can you suggest what would be proper parameters to the code below, to make the exact icon that is done as an example (but it is a picture, so you can't see the parameters used to make it)

i am interested in the first date picture.. (Aug is with red background)..

I have a web site developed by a third party.  I currently appears to be single colum and I am unable to figure out how to make it wide enough to accept sidebars.  Here is the code for the page.php that exists in the site.  The site is  ....

I emailed the author of the theme about this and he said it's not theme related and it could be wordpress related. He said they've never seen this issue.

It's happening on 2 environments with WordPress.

1. I created a category with a description. I added a product to it. I went to view site and I can see it in the menu.

2. I went back to the category and updated the description. Went to view the site and the old description is still there.

3. I cleared cache as well

I've attached screenshots. It seems like the field in database somewhere doesn't get updated.

Any ideas why this could happen? I guess I can just delete the category and recreate it but I was wondering if anyone else would know.
Hi, i often install several plugins (including some of my own) when building various websites for my clients.

My clients constantly bombard me with questions on some of the plugins i install so i think it might be a good idea to hide some of them from the Plugins list.

I've tried searching for a 'plugin to hide plugins' :-) but i can't find anything.

Can anyone suggest another way of hiding some (but not all) of them... thanks in advance...
I have a wordpress site that is fully functional. My permalink always ends with the following characters sequence #.UvTjRHl7G0v. This is so annoying please how do i stop this from displaying in my permalinks.
My site is using 3.8.1 Wordpress, and it is multilangual site (Some pages are English, some Dutch, and some Arabic).
Is it possible to assign to different font families to different languages?
I have tried to add an import at the end of the style.css for the arabic font but it has cancelled the English font, is it possible to solve it?
I want to change the title of the page to be an image instead of text, and display this image in the menu, how can I do so?
I have wordpress 3.8.1 with postgres but in the DB log I keep getting the error:
SELECT toe_m.*, toe_m_t.label as type_name FROM wp_gmp_modules toe_m INNER JOIN has_gmp_modules_type toe_m_t ON = toe_m.type_id
ERROR: relation "wp_gmp_modules" does not exist at character 49

Can someone please tell me what is this table and where I can find the create command for this table to create it manually?
I have wordpress 3.8 wiith postgres db, and I was trying different themes until I got totally white blank screen, and I can not get back to the admin panel, I have read many articles in the internet and all they are advising to remove all the new themes and remove the default ones (2012,2013, and 2014) and the wordpress will automatically will fall back to the default theme however that is not the case with me, now I have only the default themes, I have even found an article advising to change the the following entries in the DB:
update wp_options set option_value = 'default' where option_name = 'template';
update wp_options set option_value = 'default' where option_name = 'stylesheet';

but I still have blank screen, so I changed them back to the original value, and advice please?
I am new to the wordpress.
My target is to create a site where I have 2 areas :
1- Members restricted area which has its own menu and pages
2- Public areas where is accessible by anyone, where the posts are created only by the members in the members area and the members have the right to make it public or not.

I was playing around with the default 2014 theme together with the wordpress access control and members plugins and they were doing well however the theme itself is poor if colors, so I started to look around and I have bought what they claimed the top theme "Aegaeus" but I was extremely disappointed where it has disclosed all the restricted pages once activated, any advice please which them would suite me best?
I have a website which has the following code in, this worked up until 3.8 but now does not, can anyone tell me why or offer another equally simply way to achieve this. Put simply I have two custom fields, the first of which could be null therefor I need to show the rest but sort primarily by the first field.

$args = array(
'post_type' => 'course',
'provider' => $term,
'posts_per_page' => 50,
'paged' => $paged,
'meta_key' => 'course_startdate',
'meta_compare' => '>=',
'orderby' => 'meta_value',
'meta_value' => $date,
'order' => 'ASC',
'meta_query' => array(
        'relation' => 'OR',
            'key' => 'course_startdate',
            'value' => $date,
            'compare' => '>='
            'key' => 'course_trainingtype',
            'value' => $date,
            'compare' => '>='

I have wordpress 3,8 with postgress and Membership pro 1.7.6 on Cenros 6.3, I activated the plugin, I am trying to create the membership levels as a start, it says the membership level is created but it is never displayed in the table below it, I have searched the internet and watched youtube nothing explaining why I have so.
I have installed wordpress 3.8 and I want to make ublic pages for everyone and private restricted different pages for members using free plugins, I tried the members lugin but n9w it starts always with wp login form, I found another article showing how to do it but with a paid plugin, is the here a way to do it woth free plugins?
We have this page on the site:

And, we used that content to make a slideshow right on the car landing page as well.

So, this creates the potential for duplicate content. How do you suggest we handle? Should I get rid of the page, since it is a true duplicate of the slide show?

On another site, we created the slideshow differently, and each slide is a separate page of content:

I prefer the user engagement and the placement of good information in a slideshow on a landing page, as we've done on Gemma. So, I want to know how best to handle this.

I am writing a blog and I have placed an ad in it, but I just can't move it to the left.

The URL is:

Does anyoe know how to do that?

Thanks in advance.
I started a new blog here

You will see there are two posts there.  When I launched with the first post, I had the permalinks set to the default  "?p=15"  So the first post went out and we got a lot of social engagement which boosted all the social numbers below that post.

Then, before launching the second post, I changed the permalinks to the option with the post title in the url.  I need to keep with that naming structure going forward.

The problem is, switching the naming loses all the social stats on that first post.  If I switch the permalinks back to default, the stats come back.  But I can't do that.  So my question is, is there a way to hack it so just that first post uses the default permalink and all the rest going forward use the one I have set it to now?
Occasionally I need to install a blog on websites.
I always install WordPress, but I am not overly knowledgeable about WordPress so I was wondering: is there a Theme that is recommended (or commonly used) where the entire header and footer (and possibly leftlinks) will be completely removed (or replaced) with different content?
Such as adding the exact header, footer and left links from the existing website so that the blog will exactly match the look of the originating website.
Any recommendations?
