I am needing a revolving server system that changes IP address once it starts getting hits from sever filters. It needs to be seamless and use the same email address that we establish to send emails out from, but configures a different IP with every 50 to 100 emails. This is what we need to get a marketing job done and the email messages we want to send have to fit the character count specifics and font type. The subject line is the most important and the size cannot exceed X kilobytes for the total email to reach target market.

What are the best practices when sending Out Of Office messages (notifications) to coworkers?

Right now, what we are seeing is that when someone is going to be OoO, they forward their OoO to their coworkers, which once accepted, they all are set to OoO for the duration of the original persons time (the creator).

Cant people send out an OoO calendar invite to others without it changing their OoO?
 My customer has been using TextBox (a service of Line1 Communications, Inc. to send text messages directly from their computers in the past.
 Since they switched their phone system to VoIP system, TextBox failed to run. The tech support of TextBox software company told me that the VoIP phone carrier is the problem.
 TextBox software utilizes main business phone number to send/receive texts from recipients cell phones.
 Having said that, is there a software out there to replace this TextBox software?

Somebody can tell me what rules should my TMG server have to allow SIP from outside

i am working on a hybrid project Lync 2013 to Office 365 and i am not an expert of TMG but the person who did the configuration before did a Publish rule to allow port 443 for Lync but i suspect i have to add port 5061 because my cloud users are not able to see presence info of On prem users but Onprem users can see the Presence Info and send messages

Say, Whatsapp Broadcast Msg Info displays READ and Delivered. I want some way to get a list of the Delivered (but not read) in order to be able to resend.
Please suggest a software of method. Does Whatsapp Business make this easier to manage than Whatsapp? I've tried Whatsapp web but this doesn't allow me to export a list and difficult to use in a web interface.

We are just starting to use Skype For Business for Internal IM.   We have setup Skype For Business to not allow External Contacts to be added. We didn't want Employees to start chatting with Friends and Family while at work.

We are looking to get rid off WebEx for Presentations and wanted to use Skype For Business, though it looks like we can't Invite Customers to the Meetings since we blocked External Access.

Is there a Way to Block External Users for IM, though Allow Inviting External Customers for Presentations?

Is there a Microsoft tool for testing Skype for Business video performance?  There exists for audio NetworkAssessmentTool.ext which allows you to make hundreds of simulated skype audio calls and gain insight into network preparedness for audio. Is there any similar tool that looks at Skype for Business online video?
I am using Site24x7 APM to monitor Magento website. It detected some exceptions messages which are "Error during unserialization", below is the stack trace:

Can I check what is this exception about and how to solve?

1. What does it mean and what does it affect? How to solve this?
2. If there are "Error during unserialization"exception happened, is the cause always same? Or it is case by case basis depending on the stacktrace?

We have an Exchange Server where  all of a sudden teh Microsoft Exchange Transport service keeps restarting.  It will run for about 10 min then restart.  I am also seeing the mail.que file grow out of control too.  I am not seeing any backpressure messages either.  I could certainly use some assistance.  Below is the Event ID we get before it stops the service.

I have set up a project and triggers in, as below

This works ok when on the inbox and the label created by me 'delete me'. However I can get the same script working on Sent items and Trash. see below

When I used Send As or Send On Behalf Of to send a message from another mailbox (grand permission and Send on behalf) then the Messages will be saved in Send Items in both Mailboxes (my Mailbox an Shared Mailbox). No matter which command Set-MailboxSentItemsConfiguration -Identity "user" -SendAsItemsCopiedTo Sender or
Set-MailboxSentItemsConfiguration -Identity "user" -SendAsItemsCopiedTo From. In both cases are Send Items in both Mailboxes. Does anyone have an idea why that is?

I had this question after viewing Outlook 4000 message limit for deletes.

I have a mailbox while trying to empty deleted items or Shift-Delete to even a single mail in any folder (inbox,sent items etc) - it pop this error every time:
 "This error may be the result of trying to delete more than 4,000 messages at one time.  Outlook can delete no more than 4,000 messages when it is working with a server message store. To avoid this error, delete fewer than 4,000 messages in a single operation.
It is also possible that you do not have the appropriate permissions to delete messages. If you need to delete content from a folder owned by someone else, contact the owner of the folder to obtain the necessary permissions, or have the owner delete the content for you."

Hi there fellow Tech Community,

We are having a few issues in our organization whereby some users are not receiving new emails unless Outlook is restarted, when you restart Outlook, it delivers new messages and does so for say under a minute, then stops delivering new messages.

Here are some of the troubleshooting steps we have carried-out, we are finding that the only way to overcome this, is to rebuild the customers PC, which as you all know is a cumbersome task and shouldn't be necessary to resolve an Outlook issue;

-Office 2016, 32 and 64-Bit
-Windows 10, build version 1607, 1703 and 1709
-All laptop users (HP EliteBook 840 G3 and Lenovo T440p)
-Windows Updates pushed out via WSUS

Troubleshooting done;
-Ran repair of office
-Recreated local OST Files
-Recreated Outlook Profile
-Recreated local Windows Profile
-Checked Outlook connection status, all showing as connected
-Checked A/D Account, not locked or anything along those lines
-Ran scan pst tool, that not really applicable anymore with Office 2016

Some more background;
-Users have additional mailboxes in their Outlook, some are manually mapped in Account Settings, some are delegation mapped via Exchange Admin Console
-We have a mixture of users on Android and iOS devices synching their Exchange Account, does not appear to be a trend with mobile devices

If I have missed any further details, I'll add them, other than that, any suggestions and what people have …
  • I write an email from the Boss and click send.
  • Because of my email delay rule (see picture below), it goes to the outbox. Because of importance, I check it in outbox and then resend
  • The act of checking in the outbox makes the messages switch to my account, not the Boss'ss. Because I *know* I’ve already sent it from his, I don’t think to check this bit.
  • Because it was originally sent from the Boss's it is in his outbox, it still appears in his sent folders when it eventually sends, even though it has flipped to come from me.

We have a client who is using Skype (not Skype for Business) and is in a couple groups chats.  On a daily basis, there are messages that are received in Skype on their phone, but the messages do not show in Skype on their computer.  Some of the messages that are received on their phone do appear in Skype on the computer, but not all of them.  Is there any way to synchronize the messages between Skype on their phone and their computer so that all messages show on both.
Voicemail using Unified Messageing and Skype for Business - Greetings not being played/ applied correctly.

Afternoon everyone,

We use Skype for business, for VM we use Unified Messaging and whilst this technically works I have unearthed an issue with greetings.
Due to the nature of our business we need to have two different greetings for in and out of hours (simple one would have thought). We have these two greetings recorded in the system and can hear them when we go to re record.

However, when the number in question is dialed and goes to VM all we get is the generic 'Welcome to the mailbox of' message.

I've played with rules and settings through OWA and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

Happy to share settings or anything if it helps diagnose.

Can I use the Telegram Bot API for listetning to message on a private invite-only channel?

Background information:
I was hired to do a gig for doing a Telegram bot that could parse messages and saved them into plain text. Now, I was told that the bot is required to listen to message in invite-only  channels. While doing some research, looks like this is a bit of an issue. I heard some suggest to use the Telegram Client API (instead of Bot), can someone confirm this is possible on the Bot API, or if I actually ave to switch towards Client?

All of my Office 365 users have a Office 365 Business Premium license.   We have Conference numbers and Conference IDs assigned by our Audio conferencing service. I see where it takes about using 3rd Party and Import/Export, though I don't actually see where you can enter in the 3rd Party Provider and Import the Numbers for the users.

If I select one of the existing Providers they all want a 6 Digit Conference ID, ours are all 4 Digit.

I would like to be able to use our existing Audio Conferencing system with Skype For Business.

Does anyone know of a way to be able to transfer Messages from iphone 6 to 7.  The owner started the new phone (the 7) and skipped past the Setup where you can put the old phone near new and import everything.

We have since set the iPhone7 up and everything is done but the Messages history.

I have looked for Apps but cannot seem to find one to backup old phone and restore to new.  There are even Apps where you need to have that App as the Messages app.  I don't want that.

if anyone has experience with an App it would be great to know.  Or if you know a free way of doing it.
In a Lync 2013 environment with an inside pool server and an edge server in the DMZ, how do I enable users to be able to IM with other external (not within the company) who are using Skype?  This could be another company's users or just individuals using Skype.
I've just upgraded my iMac 27" to High Sierra and since the upgrade I can no longer send iMessages to iPhone users.  I get the "Not Delivered" red exclamation mark almost instantaneously.  The odd thing is, I've been able to send messages to several none-iphone users - these go through fine.

I've already tried the often suggested logging in to the iCloud online control panel and deleting all my devices then re-adding them, this made no difference whatsoever.

I am also an iPhone 6+ user.
cap.pngBack in May of 2017 I created a rule that copied my admin email inbox on every inbound message to the organization so I could keep testing inbound flow from various 3rd party organizations.

Fast forward to today and the Exchange 2016 environment is not showing any rules period... but the mailbox continues to be copied.  

what's more is I created a "delete all messages upon arrival" for the admin inbox, and this does NOT work.

any ideas?
