We are using the add-on Codetwo Catman to generate categories and colors on a public calendar. The add-on works great until the outlook session is closed down. Upon reopening outlook the colors and categories are lost.

Wondering if there is a fix for this issue and if there is any known reasons this may be happening?

The calendar is public  and is shared with exchange
The Outlook version is 2010 64 bit
The category information is on a shared network location which all users have access( also attempted to bring the file local with the same result)
Microsoft's Guidance was to upgrade to Outlook 2016
Calendar categories stay as long as outlook stays open ( tested for 5 days without failure), upon closing and reopening is the issue.
Once this breaks an uninstall and reinstall of the add-in is required to repair.
The users are on a server operating Server 2012 Standard R2

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Nick
