I have a client that is using Mailenable 3.61.  I noticed today that there are emails stuck in the inbound and outbound queues.  Seems no matter what i do, I cannot get this to resolve.

I have restarted the server and the services  multiple times and still nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have a 2010 exchange with clients running outlook 2010, when I try to use the out of office in outlooks it tells me that it is no available but it work in owa, what is wrong?

We are trying to create two generic ID files in Domino admin for registering person docs (Registering New users) and re-certify user certificates which are expired. Current issue is we when we create a new person document with ID file and grant access to Admin server and try creating a new lotus domino account, we are unable to view list of certifiers to select.

When we try to modify recovery authorities but it fails and does not resolve the current issue, When we try to Modify certifiers and try to remove administrators its giving an error  “Cannot locate user certificate. Make sure server contains your certificate for encryption”. I also tried copying the person document of that administrator back into their directory and followed the same steps which did not help me.

Our company is setup with Exchange email and all users are using Outlook to edit and send emails.
This has been confirmed to appen at least on Windows 7 64 bit PCs, both on 32bit and 64bit MsOffice.
I have observed the following scenario to occur regularly, across number of Outlook releases (from 2010 in the last years to 2016 we use now).
The problem is guaranteed to occur at some stage when you will be replying to an email received from a gmail email user. Sometimes this will also be a case for replies from a Hotmail email. Generally I think this is something to do with a thread of an email as previously quoted thread of an email is attached to the bottom of the message by such (gmail or hotmail) mailbox user.
Such email would usually be a handful of replies forth and back between ourselves and the sender. First one is never going to fail. The longer the thread of attached emails the greater chances of us encountering the problem.
 
What happens is:
Replying to such email will freeze Outlook and ALL subwindows of Outlook indefinitely. Now, this freezing can happen immediately OR a couple of minutes into you happily typing the text of your reply. When it does freeze, you will not be able to switch between open Outlook messages, windows - nothing.
The only way to carry on is to go via Task Manager , terminate Outlook and hoping it will recover message you've been typing.

I have exchange 2010 and use outlook 2016.  One workstation that has 2 email addresses added to outlook has lost connection to the secondary email address. Both email addresses are domain email addresses (usera@domain.net, userB@domain.net)  The workstation operating system is windows 10 pro and is joined to our domain.  The user logs on to their domain account and opens outlook.  Outlook prompts for the username and password of the second email address but does not allow access to the second email address.  Outlook will continue to prompt for the username and password of the secondary email address even after the correct password is entered.  Other users on the domain have access to the secondary email address and do not have the connectivity issue.  Clicking on the email address in outlook, it says.  The set of folders could not be opened.  The attempt to logon to Microsoft exchange has failed.

So i am creating a basic form to allow users to create text based email templates, it does include files and images but only he the format of links which direct the user to the file so it still is text.

i need to store this in a database which i have done. i am wondering is this the best practice ? i am using CKEDITOR to.

or is their a beter way ?

Hi,

I have an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy A3) which is connected to our network's WiFi.

There is a printer; (HP PageWide Pro 477dw), which is connected on our wired network.

Two apps have been installed on this phone;

1. Microsoft Outlook application

Email has been synced with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook 2016 on network connected PCs.

I have logged in successfully to the Microsoft Outlook application on the Android phone and can access, send and receive emails.

The problem is that there is no option to print emails or to highlight an attachment in email and click print.

When viewing pictures from gallery and web pages through Google on the Android phone, there is the option for print and printing works successfully.

Is there a way of printing emails from the Outlook application on Android phones or if not, then what other alternative would there be?

I have multiple users that when trying to send an email encrypted they get the error following recipients had missing or invalid certificates, or conflicting or unsupported encryption capabilities.  One of the users is me however some users can send me encrypted emails.

If the person sending the encrypted emails search for me , right clicks , and adds me to his contact list he then is able to send me an encrypted email. I know this is not normal they should just be able to click reply with out adding me into contacts.

Any ideas?

We have exchange 2013 and Outlook also 2013.

When user try to access shared mailbox using 2016, it gets error as attached, as work around, user use Webmail to access shared mailbox.

But there is no issue if it is Outlook 2013.

Can anyone suggest what could be possible cause/solution?

Hello,

we are using Mobile Device Manager Plus MSP. Our goal is to get mobile devices that are secure with no unwanted app and no change of system settings. The devices have only company email access. The phones are company owned so no BYOD.
For us the Kiosk mode was a proper solution for this.

Now we have 2 problems with email.
Since Android 8 Gmail seams to be the default email-config-setup app. So if you push the active sync settings and MDM will setup the password it will always open Gmail.
How can we change this or is there a work around?

We don't want to use the Gmail App, because the accounts settings are "open". This means you can add other private mail accounts.
So the other question is, what are other (enterprise) Mail Apps than can be configured with only the company active sync server?

Maybe the Mail App will also solve the first question :)

In a work environment where the client is using Mozilla Thunderbird version 60.5.0 (32-bit) in conjunction with Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing and Wholesale version 2019, emails are sent out to vendors with purchase orders.  The client would like to have his Mozilla Thunderbird present a receipt to his computer with the Thunderbird installation when the message is opened or better yet read.  Is there a setting and where within Mozilla Thunderbird 60.5.0 would provide the best solution to get a verification from the vendor upon receipt of the email as sometimes emails are in some occasions are assumed sent, a purchase order that is assumed attached doesn't get sent for some reason or the email isn't received.

..or is there another third party solution.

I have configured my outlook to send digitally signed emails. It works fine when sending to other outlook users. When the recipient  is using gmail or yahoo for example, the body of the email is sent as an attachment. This attachment cannot be opened within the email client and the only option is to save. Is there a way for gmail and yahoo recipients to be able to easily view the content of signed emails?

I send emails via an Asp.Net web application. The email server is set to SMTP for sending through the application. Is it possible for the emails to appear in the sent items of the mailbox? I know I could the email address as a BCC etc.

Any help is appreciated.

Dear Experts, an user from my company got this error "This message was not processed because it contains an invalid recipient." when open an email from a coworker. Problem only occurs in MS outlook, in OWA it was OK

Environment: MS Outlook 2013, Exchange 2016 server, Win 10 client

Add exchange account to Apple MAC Mail

I am trying to add my Exchange email account to Apple MAC Mail, it prompts me for email address and password, I type in my email address, Password, then click "Continue", it gives me error about incorrect user name and password , but the window now is different,  it adds a field to type in user name , I typed in mydomain\myusername and it  also adds 2 more fields to fillout  Internal Link and External Link. I type in the URL for OWA on internal and external links but it does not help. I type autodiscover.mydomain.org    and still does not help.

Any help on how to get my emails on MAC mail ?

Emails coming in with winmail.dat

I have put sooooo many hours into trying to figure out how I can use Microsoft Outlook on a MAC.. and not get this as an attachment. I have repeatedly asked the 2 senders that this happens with their sender preferences and they can't do it...What am i doing wrong?

I am using an Office 365 subscription version 15.31 (170216)

Is there anything I can do?? Please help

We recently restored a backup exchange database from 1 week prior due to an exchange corruption (Exch 2010)

Following this the majority of users that have their inbox's on their phone have not been able to connect to Exchange anymore.

I am getting the event 1008 in the Application logs, for "an outdated or corrupted Exchange ActiveSync device partnership"

For most users deleting the phones from OWA and re-adding the account fixed the issue.

But here are two users that I cannot get working no matter what. Have tried deleting the phones from OWA and Exchange MC multiple times, rebooting, disabling activesync/enabling

The users are both iPhone users and the errors they are gettings is "The connection to the server failed" within the inbox, but the weirdest part is that the sent items folder downloads all mail and works fine, can even send emails. Just the inbox gets that error.

Any ideas?

Got a message regarding deleting permanently more than 4000 emails in Outlook.  Have Exchange server 2010 mailbox.  Want to know how long do I have to wait before I can delete more emails.  Trying to clean up a large deleted items folder but can't just empty the whole folder at this point.  Thanks.

I'm in my 30-day trial period of Zoho one.  What I want to do first is use it to create dynamic, mail-merge email that include a dynamic, rectangular,  image field.

Although it looks like the Contacts module allows for an image, the intent is a photo of the contact and it's set-up to be square.

Ultimately, I want to have access to up to 10 rectangular image fields, but one is enough to live with.

One problem is, Zoho does not appear to have a field type for an image. A possible work-around is their module for Products which does include an image field for a product as in the image of a home for a realtor.

I don't see a way to get access to that product image field while also having access to the contact's details.

Finally, it looks to me like this would not be accomplished as a campaign, but as a mail-merge document.  

Can anyone help with this?

I have a friend that created their domain with WIX and the email is via G-Suite through WIX.... They share the same email address on 5 computers (with G-Suite and Outlook) and they do mass emailing to specific groups.  They created a group in outlook on one computer, but it will not synchronize to all the computers that are running outlook with the same email address. Their contacts are synced but the groups are not how is it possible with G-Suite to create groups and share them among everyone?

I have recently a migrated domain to office365 .
Got one pop3 email account which needs to be migrated to office365.
If it’s windows- I can copy the pst from old pop3 profile and import to new office365 profile.
But I got Mac computer- how do I do it? As I am not aware of Mac profile

Laptop 1 - set up years ago as a pop and Email left on server

I realize sent items will stay in the .pst on local machine

Customer has a new laptop

I’m thinking of IMAP for this one

I’m concerned about changing laptop 1 to IMAP

But should I just bite the bullet and do it ?

Or will there be no issue using pop on Laptop 1 and imap on Laptop 2 looking at the same email adress ....
