We have an internal application, whereby users are required to reset their passwords every 90 days. The application has its own security & accounts, and does not integrate with our AD domain in any way. The system itself stores fairly personal client records. If a user does not access the application in a period of time, the administrators do not seem very effective in disabling the users account which is what should happen (they are expected to manually review all active accounts every 8 weeks and disable any stale accounts, and query them with their line manager to determine if access is still appropriate or not), this what should happen – but a recent audit has identified this does not appear to be the case or working effectively.  

The application itself does not work in the same way as say Active Directory, as if a users password has expired (every 90 days is the current setting), the application does not simply prompt them to set a new password and then access can be achieved again, the administrator would have to reset the users password before access could be achieved. The admins are of the view that this is sufficient, e.g. if they have a list of 10 accounts who have not logged into the system in over 365 days, it doesn't really matter that they haven't disabled their accounts, as they cannot gain access to the data as their passwords will have expired. We recently had one of our employees click on a link in a e-mail that took him to a fake site where he entered his credentials and his e-mail account was compromised.
Management hired a cyber security company who did scans on the systems, his e-mails and also other things on the web.
We have managed symantec Endpoint protection, intrustion, malware which is up to date and active.  
We also didn't have anything on the back end set up (per management) to protect our e-mail against spam, malware, all e-mails were to come through.
The cyber people are telling management that Symantec only gets 20% of intrusions, viruses and malware.  (I don't believe that, I have a e-mail box flooded with all the intrustions Symantec is getting and not one virus in 4 years which it caught).
Management from their advice is most likely going to force me to uninstall Symantec from all of our workstations and servers and deploy Carbon Black?

Can anyone tell me if this sounds as insane as it I think it is?  Anyone familiar with Carbon Black?  

Please help, I don't trust this at all and would love to be proven right or wrong.  I think this cyber company might be banking on management fears from my co-workers mistake.

When he asked DocuSign how much the above electronic signature cost would be DocuSign said it would cost about $3 per contract, for a total of $15k/year

What other "Salesforce.com electronic signature" options do you recommend for the above volume that would cost a lot less since the only thing he wants is eSignatures, no other features ?

installing SAP ERP on-premise or on cloud recommended, if we go for on-premise what would be best way for business continuity  and recovery, is it recommended interbranch for DR and recovery or cloud please suggest the best recommended.

We use five 9 for our main call center and we want to expand to another state but we just want to hire someone or company that take the inbound call and out bound call using five 9

I have one user of 35 that the Microsoft Dynamics CRM client for Outlook is disabled. It will not re-enable. (Outlook, Tools, Trust Center, Add-ins, COM add in) All other users are working find. If I have the user log onto a different computer (roaming profile) the problem follows her so it is not anything about the computer or installation, it is something in her profile.

Has any one experienced this and knows of a fix?

Can I just delete her Outlook profile and rebuild that, or do I have to delete her user profile and rebuild that?

Our organisation has decided to implement ERP -   our management is convinced with SAP to be chosen however not yet finalized, our objective is to have one unified solution across the organisation at present we are using sales force.com for marketing and sales function,
1. would like to understand does SAP has capability for sales force automation and does it support the integrations like CTI, web, face book, mainly does it allow web API integrations
2, if not SAP please suggest other ERP product which can handle sales force automation and other process, we are in real estate vertical (we do not construct we only sell the flats).
3. what all the measures to be taken to implement ERP,  is CIO needed as the technology is one part, do we require Consultant who has implemented in our vertical and project manager who leads the implementation,
4. please help me with the list for the need of technology and IT head role in detail for this project similary consultants and Project Manager and what are various types of roles to be put in place to choose and start ERP implemtetion who can drive and implement successfully.

I have a client who has 60 hospital clients throughout the US. They are looking to grow but we want to see what attributes these 60 clients might have in common as compared to all of the other hospitals around the US. We'll have access to all kinds of volume, demographic, and other financial information to use in this comparison. What would be the best tool to have the system try to suggest where there might be a disproportionate amount of hospitals that have xyz characteristic in the 60 existing clients as compared to the rest of the US? I have access to IBM Cognos, Tableau and even a free trial of Watson. I just would rather not go through all 200 characteristics of all potential hospital clients one by one manually in order to stumble into one that might be a key attribute we can use to target other similar clients for sales efforts.

Need to know if its possible in SAP Plant Maintenance to do a manual call on just ONE maintenance item # on a multi-item maintenance plan. For example, I have a maintenance plan # 1001 that has 99 task list items on it, varying in intervals from daily to annually, and one of those task lists maint items is # 567, I want to manually call just that 567 item to generate a work order tomorrow. I know if I were to create a maintenance plan for every task list, this would not be a problem, but my maintenance plans have many task lists on them and I cannot figure out how to manually call just ONE of them and not any others on that maintenance plan.
