I need a good tool for drawing on the screen in real time.

When I am on a Skype call with my programmer, we are usually not in the same physical location as the machine. We currently connect to the machine via TeamViewer which gives us both the ability to interact. However I can't see his mouse moving and he can't see mine. I would also like to be able to do more than that and actually illustrate some things on the screen and he be able to do the same.

Both free and paid suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Need help with Photoshop 5.1.  I've down loaded a shamrock from the net.  I need to fill it with "Kelly Green" and add some centered text into the image itself.
As far as filling, everything that I've read on the net doesn't work.

Also, how do you center text in the image.

How do i create an image with a "clear" background.  I'm trying to create a business card with a logo in the right hand corner.  I have what I want for the logo but there is a white background.  I've attached a screen print of what the card looks at  present.  You can see the the "CBS" logo has a white background.  Any ideas how to make it "clear"?

I suppose they are based on the network layers but cannot seem to confirm this.

A user I support has pictures he would like to have an expert airbrush or improve using Photoshop.

What are some good businesses or individuals who will do this?

I was given a logo in the form of an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file.  I have Illustrator CS5 and I can open the file but the logo itself is centered and has a bunch of empty space around all sides.  When I save for web as jpeg or png the space is preserved there as well.  I don't know Illustrator very well but I would like to know how to remove the extra spacing.  I hope this makes sense to an Illustrator guru.

The issue I am having is when I "select all", it selects the art-board. Using the direct selection tool on the the artwork, it selects the art-board.   Using the selection tool on the the artwork, it selects the art-board.  I guess I am overlooking something. Thank you for your help.  --  Joe

From what I've understood so far, and from my further investigation, I will need to then upgrade to Windows 10 Pro for encryption and better control of whitelisting and blacklisting.

My additional requirements are:

Windows Pro upgrade.
Microsoft Office 365 subscription and a limited set of application software (TBD).
I want to eliminate all unnecessary pre-loaded application software and bloatware (when should I do this).
(I will avoid using admin account as default user account.)
I want easy control of whitelisting and blacklisting, hopefully, without needing a lot of additional technical knowledge.

With those additional requirements, today's question is:
Suggest the necessary implementation strategy with sequence of steps, and any other utility software that might be required.

I am opening .eps files created from a CAD application that contain Helvetica.  My computer clearly has the font installed because other applications can use it and read it.  Adobe Illustrator does not see the Helvetica family nor does it show up in the list of available system fonts (within Illustrator).  The Windows/Fonts folder does show the Helvetica font.

I can't find a font similar to this one and most of all I don't know how to create that sort of indent effect on the right of each letter.

The tools I have access to are Photoshop and Illustrator.

In inDesign by holding command and clicking I can select the element behind the other. In illustrator I have to lock the top item to select the one below. It works but is time consuming and can become confusing. Anyone know a short cut?

I'm on a Mac running CS6. Thanks in advance.
