hi experts,

So i have a laptop and I don't have outlook configured or any email account on it. Every time I turn it on I get an email on my cell that someone is trying to access my email yahoo account but only when my laptop is turned on. What could be happening?
Here are the plugs. The yellow one would connect from the cable box to a pc. My pc now accepts such a plug.
However my laptop uses a regular phone line and not a cable modem cable. Any adapters or cables to allow my laptop to connect to cable modem?

We have a 3rd party mail system that does mass mailing (on behalf of our domain) to our patrons. Externally it works fine there are no problems. However the problem is if the 3rd party mail system sends an email to staff internally (using our .domain address) the email is blocked + bounced back to the sender (labelled as spoof).  The problem is staff needs to see the actual sent email to see if the layout and newsletter is correctly configured. I believe there was a way to allow this but I can't remember how it was done. Do i need a SPF or DKIM entry in our TXT record in DNS for the 3rd party domain?
Dear Experts

We  have integrated sales force automation software Sugarcrm enterprise with our website and online chat service in our website,  over the years we have huge email contacts in the sugarcrm , the issues we observed is many of the visitors who come to our website either form fill or online chat they are not providing the valid email accounts, this we will know only when we sendout a thank you email or every month we send our new product information for all the contacts during this time it gets bounced and nearly 25 to 30% falls under this category. these 25 to 30% visitors will manage to fill form or provide the chat agents but this is not correct one.
1. Please help us suggesting how to clean up the existing invalid email contacts so that we keep only valid email accounts in the sugarcrm
2. how to ensure going forward the provided email contact is valid
awaiting for the suggestion on above 1 and 2 , please help. thanks in advance.
Dear Experts

One of my clients is a doctor who needs to include a web link on his business cards that will connect patients to a secure and private online email hosting service that will allow his patients to securely email him.

I've heard that one of the services that can be used for this is a service called Virtru (

What are some other similar services that will allow people to securely send emails to their doctor?
I've been getting the following from Google periodically for the last month:

If you didn't recently receive an error while trying to access a Google service, like Gmail, from a non-Google application, someone may have your password.

Are you the one who tried signing in?
Google will continue to block sign-in attempts from the app you're using because it has known security problems or is out of date. You can continue to use this app by allowing access to less secure apps, but this may leave your account vulnerable.

My university uses Google as its enterprise server. My google email is I do not regularly use any of the other Google - calendar etc, but my department often puts thing on Google docs for me to read. And I just use my regular university/gmail account to access those things. Apparently recently Google created the temp account. I only have one google account, and, searching the web, I see that the temp account is created when someone has conflicting google accounts. I want to …
Occasionally while a client is typing a long email in (via Internet Explorer) it times out, saves her email in drafts and closes. Is there any resolve or is it simply a temporary server communication issue?
Good evening,

I work for a small firm who's email is hosted by google. A couple of folks are getting this message when sending to a remote mail server. I think since it is getting a response from the destination server that its a possible misconfiguration error on their end since the rest of email from other servers are deleted. Can anyone confirm with the details from the NDR please. For identity purposes I removed the real names of the recipient and company. =source my company

If a mail client sends out a message with a recipient of xxxx (i.e. as opposed to, what is the expected behaviour?

Should the mail platform (Exchange or whatever) append a domain, should the client reject the message from even being sent to the mail system, should the mail system return an NDR?

I'm trying to work out whose role it is to reject the mail, the client or the server?

I'm sure there's an RFC out there, but can't find it.
I came across more than once not being able to access a router (for the first time use) via a browser. It replays to a ping.

It seemed to be a trust issue. In a previous case I access the router with a older OS and browser ignored the warning about unsafe site, after getting in to the router I updated the firmware, then I was able to access it even with windows 10  still is warning about insecure but at least have the option to continue.

Is there a lass secure browser or any other way I could get access to the router (tried chrome Firefox IE)?
Hi there,

I have a shared mailbox for my team - 5 persons - in Outlook 2010.

Every time we receive a new email in the shared mailbox, if one of the team members reads the email, it becomes "read" and so, the other team members do not know that we just received a new email - it still appears in the inbox but it is marked as read.

I am trying to find a solution so that, for each individual member, the shared email box to work as an individual mail - so that, whenever a new email comes us, each member can read it separately and not becoming read only after just 1 person has read the email.

Eg : We receive 2 emails on Monday. 3/5 persons from the team read the email (in their mailbox the emails become "read"- un-bold) but the other 2 came at work only Thursday. I want that the other 2 persons to be able to see those 2 email in the inbox as UNREAD and only after reading them, they would become "read" - un-bold.

Or maybe you could help me find a better solutions - some other suggested using flags for marking the emails, but I would go for a more automated solution if it's possible.
We have a server running Server 2012 R1 STD.

We noticed yesterday what we thought was a full block on internet traffic is just a selective block, so to speak.  We can connect to sites like,, etc...but connections to,, time out with a Page Not Responding screen.

The sites it can see load without issue.  Network traffic to and from the server has no issue.  Pings to servers and firewall are successful, but pings to websites (even ones it connects to) time out.  Only issue seems to be connectivity to select websites...and only this one server.  Also, there is a Hyper-V server running that has no issue with internet connectivity from its session on that 2012 server.

Malware scan found a few things but after removal situation was unchanged.

Antivirus scan came up empty.

Tried TCP flush, DNS flush, system restarts, "removing" and "reinstalling" the nic...not sure where else to go from here.

HR department is requesting that we magically limit access to email for specific employees based on their work schedule due to the new overtime laws. We have hybrid on-premise/email in Office 365. Anyone have ideas on how to accomplish this feat? Are there any 3rd party solutions that we could implement to make this happen?
Is there a site like pastebin that allows u to post a list or some text and only allow append so u can collaborate on work but avoid the risk of deleting?
My OS is win 10 pro 64 bit and I use Outlook the OWA version.  At times I get interesting emails which I would like to  file for future reading, or maybe like into an E book because some of them are like a continuous story.  I have tried filing them into folders, but the downside is that my application grows too big in time to come and also not that convenient to dig into the folders one by one.   I wonder what our other Experts or frequent users of the email how they handle this, so that I can evaluate to see if it will work for me.  thank u.
I need help with Internet Explorer 11 install on Window 7 pro sp1 64bit. I tried many thing, but just can't get past this. The last thing I tried is to rename software distribution folder.
