I hope and pray to the Almighty that everyone is Safe and Secure !!!

I am receiving same email sometime from different yahoo groups, which is eating away the inbox space.
Is there a way to identify and delete all those emails except one of them in ONE go.


My IP address has changed from India to Hong Kong, I guess because of AVG anti-virus. How can I get this back.

Have an employee that is using their iphone as a hotspot for a windows 7 pro computer.  They can only get on a few websites.  Not sure how many.  They cannot get to amazon.com walmart.com but they can get to cnn.com and foxnews.com

Not sure what to tell them.   In chrome it says "were having trouble finding that site."

Office 365 outlook is working fine on the computer
I am using hotmail, if I ever marked any email as Junk or Phishing or clicked Block, will hotmail automatically inform the sender’s server about I marked their emails as spam? I recently noted that a genuine sender said I marked their emails as spam previously (which I did not recall I did), and they stop delivering any emails to me now until they reverse this situation from their servers.

I am looking for a procedure to duplicate a word from left to the right or right to the left.
Here is my attempt:

The problem with it is that it creates an extra space between word and duplicated ex : word    word    
Do you know if there is a better way to duplicate word from left to the right or right to the left without creating space?

I have gmail and let’s say I sent an email to my boss and I want a notification on my phone when she replies to it. is that possible ??
I can't log in to my Gmail account.

I've had a Gmail account for quite some time now, and have never had any problems logging in.

Yesterday, I typed in "gmail" into my Chrome browser (which I have done many times before) and was taken to the page that had he headline "Add Gmail to Your Google  account." The box on the right says "Choose Your Gmail address," and if I enter the one I've been using, up pops "That username is taken. Try another."

Now, maybe my search skills are diminishing, but I can't find another page that will let me access my Gmail account.

What am I doing wrong, or what the heck is going on here?
Our school got internet with the modem router combo and I was wondering if there is any way to add filters to it eg block Facebook and WhatsApp etc ?
I have an PDF attachment on my official email and when open it from the official email it opens the PDF attachment without any problems. But if I forward to my personal email and, the attached document format changes to Winmail.dat.
Please can you know why this is happening and how to resolve.

A client email address seems to be sending out emails to clients asking for bank account changes etc.

The client is on a laptop using all the AVG products plus a a/v provided by solar winds.

Two clients have gotten these emails one that was not specific and one that asked for the exact invoice
that was due.

Sent items on a computer and in owa don't show that email being sent but I have message id's when I do an office 365 search
showing that they have been sent.

Both are office365 clients

I can generally figure these things out but the client has had the password changed and is running those software suites which while
not the best,  do pick up some bad activities.  

Anyway we are trying to sniff out this in the right direction and would love to be told what I am reading wrong or where I should be looking

When my mother tries to print her emails, it ends up printing the whole web page that the email is on. This will include the advertisements on the right side as well as her Inbox folders on the left side. As a result (as seen from a screenshot which I’ve shown below), her actual emails (which is the only thing she really wants printed) only occupies a thin column that runs down the middle of the page.
     Is there a way to print her emails in a printer-friendly format so that only the actual email (and nothing else) gets printed.
     Here's what I'm talking about:

We have move to 0365 and the exchange online protection is not very effective. We are planning to go with 3rd party spam filtering system. .

G-Suite- (their forums suck by the way.  Heck, the whole product sucks, but what do you do) I'm having some problems with G-Suite.

The owner calls me and says, hey, you know how I get a copy of ALL emails sent to and from the org, well, our sales manager gets ALL emails sent to and from the sales people too.  

We fired one guy and disabled his g-suite account.  His email was one of the emails going to the sales mgr.  When we disabled his account, she stopped getting copies of everything sent to and from his account.  Of course this would happen of we disabled his account.

However, when we re-enabled it, and mail began to flow in, she didn't get those like she once did.

That's when I got the call that the owner gets a copy of all sent/received email within the org and that the sales mgr gets a copy of all sent/received mail from the sales team.

So, I'm trying to find that.  I'm trying to find in the g-suite admin tool WHERE I would configure that.  I'm thinking transport rules, but there is nothing there when I look.

Anyone have any idea where to look?  Individual user accounts?

I had someone set up an email account (that they normally access via iPhone or a webmail page) with Incredimail. In the process, it pulled all their emails, 16,000 + off of the server & deleted them from the server!
Is there an easy way to get all of those emails back on the server?
I had thought that if I was able to get them into Outlook, I could set up as an IMAP account & all emails would copy back to the server - will this work?
Next is the issue of dealing with Incredimail’s inability to export to a pst…
In other articles on this site, I’ve heard of IncrediMail to Outlook Transfer, which I downloaded the trial version. After installation, it launches a 32 bit version & after running it, I'm getting an error message saying 'List index out of bounds (1)'.
The computer I'm trying this on is running 64 bit Win 10 Pro, could it need the 64 bit version of the software (it installed both 64 & 32 bit versions)?
I tried running it, but that version wouldn't open & I'm wondering f that's a limitation of the trial version? Their tech supports isn't the greatest, apparently they just sell the software & suggested I go to the company who created it, but can't find anyone else.
Looking for someone who has used this, or another program to move from Incredimail to outlook...
Is there a way to make it so these two icons are not right next to each other?  I've mistakenly clicked something as spam a few times, instead of archive, and I'd like to not do that anymore.


We're running our own email server that works great (Office Logic InteChange from LAN-Aces).

But - when sending emails to users at hotmail.com, the email never arrives in their mailbox or in their spam or junk folder.
Sending the same email from a Gmail account works fine.

Have examined our mail server logs, and the message is correctly accepted by hotmail.com. Suspect some kind of internal blocking in the hotmail system, but I'm unable to find a way to check it.
Two questions: Anyone know how to contact the hotmail support for this kind of question (if there is a support....)
Have anyone else experienced this problem with hotmail or have any ideas how to fix it?
I have a PDF newsletter that needs to go out in an email. The problem is I don’t want to simply attach the PDF to the email but rather have it in HTML in the email. How do I do this? Is there something that can do this easily?
I have a Yahoo account that was used for both personal and business.  I have created another email account and want to move all the personal emails from the first account to the new account.  We have identified which are personal and which are business but I am having a hard time finding a platform to put both email accounts into and then start moving folders. I thought I could use Outlook Express but just found that it is not in Windows 10.  Thanks for any help you can give.
I have a client that would like us to send out a phishing email to their employees.  They want to get results for who is clicking on the phishing email and who is not.  I know there are services out there that do this and would love a recommendation.  Anyone used a service like this they would recommend?
The user has just set up a gmail account, and is looking for software to pick up their incoming AOL email, and then automatically redirect the mail to their gmail account.

They have a computer that is always on and always connected to the Internet.  It would be great if this software could run as a Windows service or Mac OS X daemon.

Email sent to a Yahoo user are received showing HTML formatting.
Is there a way to determine the cause?

Possible clues:
a CC: to an AOL user
An attachment

I am looking for a program that will trigger an email to be sent with attachments, subject and body editable and the name of the attachment as well.
With one double click it will then send the email... perhaps from a shortcut on a desktop.
Without using huge programs similar to Outlook etc..
Something strange seems to be happening with my email.
1. I am not receiving some emails which I know were sent to me by certain people (because they confirmed so, and the email address was correct, they had sent to a group of persons, including me, but I only received a 'reply all' email from one of the other recipients
2. I sent an email to a friend on Tuesday night and he didnt receive it.  I checked and it was sent, in fact I received the cc copy.  He checked and it didnt go to spam etc.

My email system is:
- I have set-up Google G Suite to receive my emails and synchronise them with MS Outlook on my PC.  (The email arent showing in GMail or on MS Outlook)

Does anyone know what the problem might be, and/or what steps should be followed to identify the problem?
Can  anyone recommend an email hosting provider that can provide @mycompany.com email addresses that
is NOT Office 365 or GSuite?

Key feature require is a good search facility, reliability (of course) and bonus points if European-based.

Service can be free or paid-for. I know there are loads of niche encrypted email services now but service does not have to be of the ultra-super-duper secure variety.

All suggestions welcome?
