HI All expert..  I have weird Internet Issue last few days (about two weeks) that I am struggle to find a issue.  We have Sonicwall 3600 and HP switches and Verizon provide 150/150. When Intenet works the speed came up 146/167 but when it is not working correctly 3.5/26. It seems that every morning it happens. i thought it was Sonicwall issue, but Sonicwall engineer can't find anything wrong. However, if I restart the router (Sonicwall), everything comes back to normal. It seems that I have to restart every morning. But this morning, i didn't restart but unplug uplink (Verizon) from Sonicwall and  plug back in and comes back to where it should be.  Any suggestion?

I've been using Internet Download Manager for awhile. Not too bad to be honest I think.

Question; Is there a way to download something from a website, like a .mp4 .pdf etc. and convert it to a .torrent file instead? Have IDM convert the file I'm trying to download, convert it to a .torrent and download the file using a client instead?

Sometimes IDM doesn't work correctly for download resume. I like torrents because they are able to resume downloads if needed. ALL my downloading are legal by the way.

If IDM can't do this, is there a program that can?

The video was said to be 12mb mp4. After download it was 9.7mb mp4 and 2.3mb tmp.
I assume tmp = temporary?

What was temporary about it since it was part of the 12mb file?

The media file .mp4 won't open and play with VLC.
It plays on WMP but there is no audio.

I just opened another mp4 video already on my system and it plays fine with VLC. Before it played I did get "building font cache."

I go back to the new download and it won't play.

The newly acquired mp4 and tmp are named media files.
I did not name them media files.

I just tried to play it on Nero and got the same result as with WMP. Video but no audio.
VLC gets no video and no audio.

I hope the audio is not on that tmp file.

However, from https://books.google.com
I could only see partial ebooks, ie some pages are left out.
Where's the link to view the full ebooks?

I have an Windows universal app (u.app) that needs to pull a dataset from a web service.  The dataset contains the names of tables in a SQL db that will be used to create and label buttons in the mainpage of the u.app.  The web service is working as expected and returning the names of the tables in the SQL db.  I have included the web service as a service reference in the u.app.  My question is this, how do I get the data from the service reference in the u.app?  I am writing this solution in VB.Net any example code would be appreciated.

This u.app is running on a Raspberry PI 2 with Windows iOT Core

If you want to track the location of a lot of "things" - say bicycles in a city, the trackers on the bikes need to phone home their location. If you were managing a fleet of 1000 bikes you probably couldn't afford a $25/month data plan for each tracking each bike. And you wouldn't be transmitting very much data per bike - just positional data. SO... what service providers would allow you to transmit a small amount of data per bike. What providers would allow you to send data using an aggregate data plan for numerous devices to that perhaps the per-device cost wound up more like $3/month??

Does anyone know of a Z-Wave controller that either uploads collected data (e.g. temperature recorded values) to a server on the Internet or allow access to the data from the Internet in some usable form (CSV, XML or similar).

Looking at home devices like http://getvera.com/controllers/ but I'm new to the market.

Thanks
