iPhone 6 will not ring on incoming phone call

I check the settings under Sounds and Haptics and hear the familiar ring tone. But when the phone rings, it just buzzes.

How do i make the phone ring again?

How do I remove email addresses that pop up when I am typing in the first few characters of an email address within the To: or BCC: field within an email on my iPhone?

There are certain email addresses that always appear within the email address auto suggestion field that I no longer use that I need to make sure are removed.

What is the easiest way of doing this?

I run Windows 10, and synchronize with my iPhone using iTunes.  I hadn't updated in a while, so I ran the update for iTunes, restarted the computer, then attempted to update my iPhone software.  The update process proceeded for a long time, and then (after the update seemed to be complete) it ran through the backup process.  Then, finally, I got the following error message:


The next time I rebooted and opened iTunes it gave me the same message that an update is available.  What does this mean, and how can I fix it?

iphone does not let me text or use siri to dictate or find contacts in email.  When I turn on my phone and click on messages and then try to type in a name, it freezes.  Same thing happens when I try to compose and email.  I click on a few letters for the email address and it freezes.  voice dictation does not work either.  Now, this all goes away after the phone has been ON for about 45 minutes.  Then all is well.  Any ideas?

i have iphone with IOS version 11.2.5    and skype cleint version  6.22.0.3   and everything working with me


so the problem located on the client version

do i have to change something on front end server or what i have to do to figure out this issue

Windows 10 Laptop, Lenovo Thinkpad having internet / network connection issues on a regular basis, also can't seem to sync photos from an iPhone 7 into Windows 10. I have found that there is some sort of networking issues on this laptop. Anywhere from 5 minutes into using the computer up to 2 hours after its rebooted the laptop will just stop communicating on the network/ internet.   The yellow icon comes up on the computer wireless adapter. Then sometimes 5-10 minutes later, the icon goes away and the computer starts to operating just fine again.     I started two pings, one to 8.8.8.8 and one to 4.2.2.2. Both ran for about 1.25 hours  and while I had some timeouts, I didn't lose connectivity at all.    I left, then the client called me back and said the machine isn't working again.    She had connected her iPhone 7 to the computer to transfer photos and the machine errors out in Windows Photos app saying it can't find the phone. What I wonder is if the iphone tethered to the computer caused it to try to use it as a source for internet.   I remotely connected to the system from home, I see the issues happening when the iPhone is plugged in to the laptop. I can't transfer photos using the Photos app.
But then I see that iTunes is accessing the phone, perhaps that is why.

So I closed the iTunes, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I can see the iPhone from my computer.
I can go into the DKIM folder, I see items in there, but I can't copy them and past them to…

I can't seem to get any exchange mail on my iphone X.  We're running on premises Exchange 2010.  When I add the account on my iphone, I choose exchange and enter in all the details.  It passes, I get all "checkmarks", but no mail will load.  Folders won't even load.   Any ideas?  Btw, this very phone had email working just yesterday, but I decided to reset to factory and start from scratch.

My client's Iphone won't sync to Outlook whenever I add a contact to the IPhone.  It does sync when I add a contact to Outlook.  It also syncs whenever I edit a contact on the IPhone or in Outlook.  So, the only problem we're having is when we add a contact to the IPhone, it won't sync to Outlook.  We're using Outlook 2016 with Exchange 2010.  

It used to work, but now doesn't.  The only change he has made is he updated the iOS to 12.1.  Please let me know if you have any ideas on this.  I've researched this thoroughly, but can't find any solutions.  Thanks, Barbara

Is there a known issue with adding a photo to a contact in Office 365 from the iPhone?  If I do it from Outlook, it works fine and sync's to the phone.  If I do it in the reverse and open the contact on my iPhone and add a photo/picture for that contact, it will not sync back to the mailbox (Outlook doesn't show it).  My guess is it has something to do with photo size but just wondered if this was a known issue and if anyone else was experiencing this issue too...

My Client had to create a new Outlook profile as the previous one has crashed. No matter what we did we just could not get it back (even the Outlook would not start/open).

Now we have new Outlook profile called 'Mail'. We added his 3 IMAP email accounts in there again and were able to get his emails back.
FYI, one account is his smallfirm.com email, another one telus.net email and then we tried to add his iCloud email. The iCloud email 'appears' in the list of accounts but cannot retrieve or send any emails. Anyway, he doesn't use that email for anything, He jut had the same setup under his old 'Outlook' profile, so we tried to replicate it.
Now he misses Calendar and Contacts that he use to have with his old profile.

He has those on his iPhone. He uses iCloud to sync them between his computer and his phone. iPhone works alright, no issues there.
On his computer there is iCloud for Windows installed.We tried to check and then uncheck the "Mail, Contacts, Calendar and Task" option then re-open the Outlook.  
Now there is a message:
Server:   p63-imap.mail.me.com
User name: smallfirmnick (which is I think the iCloud user name)
Password: ------

We tried his iCloud password, nothing happened.
When Outlook is closed and started again, the same message appears.
The Calendar and Contacts still don’t show up.

I would appreciated if someone could provide any insight on this matter.

Running Windows 7 Professional SP-1 32-bit, I need a way to have reliable notification when a new message arrives via Google Hangouts g-chat.  The notification needs to be visual, not auditory, because my desktop audio is muted during the time when notification is required.   If I am working on my desktop with another window in focus, the g-chat thread does not come to the foreground when there is a new message, which results in an unacceptable delay before I become aware of the message.  There is a Hangouts desktop App, but it doesn't work on 32-bit Windows.

An alternative to desktop notification would be an auditory notification on my iPhone.  I have tried installing the Hangouts App on my iPhone, but it does not deliver notifications, even though it is configured to do so.  My cellular service provider has done troubleshooting, and believes there is an issue with the Hangouts App, itself, because my iPhone delivers notifications for new text messages and new Emails, and the only notifications which are missing are from Hangouts.  If there is a third party application which would produce a desktop notification when there is a new g-chat message, or an auditory iPhone notification, that would be helpful.
