Roaming issues with wireless calls using Apple iPhone 6 in a Cisco wireless environment.  The Cisco controller is a 5520 using firmware
Calls are fine if stationary.  Only have issues if roaming in the building.  The building has over 200 3802i access points so coverage shouldnt be an issue.  All are set to a power setting of 5

Any ideas?
I'm using iPhone, latest iOS and am text messaging someone.
How do I add a new person into my current conversation so that they can participate along with myself and the current other person.
When I send an email with the following text:

"Individual federal and state income tax returns are generally due by April 15th of the year following the one in which the income was earned. However, partnership (including LLC) and S-corporation returns are due by March 15th"

and open the email in Outlook on my desktop computer, the text appears as above.

When I open the email message on my Apple IPhone 7, the same text appears BUT the words "due by April 15th" and "due by March 15th" appear as hyperlinks.

I do not want any text to appear with a hyperlink.  How can I prevent the Apple IPhone from reformatting the body of the text of my email messages?
An Office 365 user deletes a single occurrence of a recurring event on their iphone, but the change doesn't sync to Outlook 2016.

Is there some other sync method that has to be put in place for a change like that to sync?

We have a proprietary and patented video processing software that we license to others and we use on our own sites.  A couple or our sites/apps get approximately 3 million page views per month and are on the verge of profit.  The plan is to expand/scale the sites we own in the next six to twelve months.  This scaling presents us with a opportunity to update everything in our system.  Even though they were launched only a few years ago, so much has changed that we are forced to look at the whole architecture from hosting to platforms and development environments, etc.  We are truly a garage startup and have to make the most of limited resources while trying to present a high quality solution.  It is difficult and stressful.  We cannot afford to get this wrong thus my appeal to the many experts here. We are starting with a clean slate and very much need to hear from experienced professionals to help us put together the best possible system from the top down.

Server/website -  up to now we have used dedicated hosting.  It appears that VM is now a good and much less expensive option.  I am OK with that.  In speaking with other insiders it seems that more and more people are going toward utilizing Azure or Amazon for hosting.  We do have licensees in Europe who must be served by hardware in Europe due to latency issues.   I think Azure or other allows a much quicker provisioning of another instance in whatever geographical area needed, that we can then customize …
We use office 365 and I have a user that has a signature setup in Outlook.  On his iphone, the signature does not show up.  He is using the outlook app not the apple mail app.
Looking to upgrade my wife's iPhone 6 to a 7 plus or 8 plus.  I generally buy used phones if they cost enough less than new.  Is this a good strategy?  Second question is if 8 plus is worth the extra cost. I looked over the specs and many of them are the same.  She enjoys her iPhone but she's not a power user.  Likes the idea of a larger screen mostly.  Also looking for any suggestions as to good places to buy a used phone.  We use Consumer Cellular which is AT&T.
Cannot forward email using apple iphone mail app.  Got a new iphone x and email setup fine (office 365) but on this phone it will not forward email.

iPhone screen is black. Just suddenly went out as I was making a call. I was able to complete the call, but now I cannot get it to show anything.

Is this "end of life" for this phone, or is there a way back?

I need to allow mobile users, iPhone and iPad users the ability to reset their passwords in OWA. I have verified the OWA Virtual Directory has the password change setting enabled but I am still unable to change my password from OWA on a mobile device.
I cannot access photos from my iPhone 6. I took about 4 photos today, I cannot get to them from Windows 10. I opn the phone as a folder, get the attached. Note the bar is red, I presume meaning it's almost full.

So I deleted 20 or 30 from the iPhone.

Still the same.

How can I get around this? Maybe use my iPad, it has them too?

Is it possible to share iCloud contacts with different Apple ID users?

If not I have a client using GDocs business account and it's working great. The streamline process is nice. The one area that I need to resolve is how to share her contacts in iCloud with staff. Can these be shared with Gmail (not exported - this is not sharing). It's easier to leave them in iCloud so her iPhone is updated as well.
I have 2 Galaxy Note4 : both of them tends to run out of battery
power pretty quickly (the one from Korea stays a bit longer)
despite that I replace with new batteries (merchant claims they're

Then one colleague told me he faced the same issue (esp from
40-50%, it can suddenly go down to 0%) when running more
intensive apps like Waze GPS despite that he replaces the battery.

I then got this high mAH high capacity battery from Amazon:
It took longer to charge & last longer too (but at around 30-40%)
or when the phone is on standby over the night for 11 hours, it'll
just go flat the next morning (despite that it was initially at 90%+).
I did set the brightness to almost 0 overnight with "mobile data"
off (but Wifi is On at home) & the "task manager" shows only
Whatsapp & Messages  apps are running overnight.

Is this quick-draining of batteries an issue with the old phone (&
can this be tuned) or there's some apps that can be tuned/removed
to reduce the battery draining.

Or all the batteries I've got so far are not good (which I doubt)??
I have an iPhone that indicates the storage is filled on the phone.  Photos are taking up a large amount
of this storage.  How do I resolve this issue so that the storage capacity returns to a more normal level?
The music apps or audio apps of iPhone X is somewhat limited.  I need to advance within the audio or the song X amount of seconds; iPhone X music or audio apps doesn’t do this - when pressing advance, it jumps to the start or the next audio.   Please advice on a iPhone X music or aduos apps that I can use to listen and jump where I want.

Thank u guys!
I regularly travel using Audible books for entertainment, and would like to find the best Bluetooth wireless headset that would allow me to listen to my books but also make and answer telephone calls on my iPhone.  I really don't care about stereo, and would prefer a single-ear device with an ear-hook (since ear buds tend to fall out of my ears).  But when I looked into the top rated devices (Plantronics 5200 and Sennheiser Presence) it isn't clear if they will allow me to listen to books & music in between phone calls.  Can you please recommend a device that satisfies these requirements?

I use an iPhone, but I think this applies to anyone who texts.  I am new to the world of texting, and I find it so annoying when someone sends out a text-blast to a dozen or more "friends" ... then everyone on the text starts responding, and before I know it my phone is buzzing with new (and largely irrelevant) text messages.   I've tried to get off these large text threads, but was told that unless everyone had the same device (I think it's an iPhone, but I'm not sure) there's no way to "leave the conversation".  I would happily buy a third party application to get out of unwanted text streams ... does something like that exist?  Or can the originator of the original text take me off after it's begun?  Or do I just need to live with the annoyance?

Any suggestions on a bluetooth speaker that I can hook up to my iphone so I can hands free talk in my car on the road?  Old car, don't have bluetooth to hear calls through car speakers.
We have Active Directory on-premise as MickyMouse.com and Azure Tenancy as MickyMouse.com and our exchange 2016 on-premise is Disney.net namespace in hybrid mode.

All users are logging in with Adam@MickyMouse.com to the domain

On the exchange side my email address Adam@Disney.net
My exchange server is mail.MickyMouse.com

Mx records are pointing to MickyMouse.com which points to MickyMouse.mail.protection.outlook.com

I would like the Migration to be Low Risk and migrate users over in groups rather than a big bang migration mindset. and migrate Activesync on iPhone in groups of users aswell.

The ask is to migrate all AD and Exchange and Azure Tenancy over to a single namespace called

What would be the best steps to deliver this migration without downtime.
I have a client when they schedule an appointment on their iPhone it does it randomly on Cupertino time.
On the iPhone I have:
>Settings > Calendar > Time Zone
  Turn Override = on
  Changed to Austin, TX
>Settings > Privacy > Location Services
  Settings Time Zone = off
>She is using a hosted Exchange account so I made sure Central Time was selected in OWA
>This started happening on her iPhone 8 and now on her iPhone 10

I am not really sure what else to try. Any suggestions
iPhone X
ITunes for Windows
Problem: When the iPhone is being backed up, it  creates about 70 GB.
The older iPhone back up, were removed.
For some reason, the iPhone X back up to the cloud is not working 100% and the Apple cloud storage is about 100 GB.
Any ideas?
Here's a rather basic question for you experts I've never been sure I totally understand. I recently installed a new controller for my sprinkler system which also comes with it's own app.
The controller is in the garage. My Netgear R9000 router is on the opposite side of the house. Also, the controller only accepts 2.4G.

I purchased an extender to boost the signal to the garage which puts out both 2.4G and 5G. My iPhone is set to 5G from my router.

Can I connect the controller to the extender at 2.4G while my iPhone is connected to the router at 5G or do I have to connect my iPhone to the extender at 2,4 too?
My daughter has a mac book and I use windows based machines. I purchased a new mac book for her for college, but I do not know how to migrate her data to the new machine. I would assume that it can be backed up to iCloud like my iPhone, but I have no idea how to do this. I would appreciate some guidance from the tech community so I do not lose any of her data.
