Hi,

I have received an offer to do a web based 3D model for demonstration purposes. I have som experience from working with Solid Works (25 years ago) and a lot of experience from Illustrator and Photoshop. I have googled a bit and it seems Blender in combination with Verge3D can be an option.

I would highly appreciate any input on this topic.

Best regards

Photoshop.  I have a .psd file that I saved to a USB drive and the last time that I worked on it I hit "save" and powered off my computer before the "save" actually occurred and the rather large labor intensive file is now corrupt and I can't open it.  I have attached it to this question.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  I had to compress it as it was over the 50mb limit.

Hello to everyone,

I'm looking for a tool (better if for Windows, but also for Linux or Mac) that can help me to vectorize a lot of (PNG) photos, giving to them the nice cartoon effect that you can see in the video below :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuQhhg_y22E

the tool should have the option of the batch processing because I have no time to edit manually something like 100.000 photos. OR,if you know any other way (that it is not the vectorizing) to reproduce that effect (with the batch processing),it's also ok for me.

Hello Everybody,
Please see attached Adobe Illustrator file (CC 2019)

I have an image that includes an alpha channel. I want to bevel only the area that is NOT the alpha channel.

Specifically it is an arm that I want to give a slight bevel around the edges.  I tried 3d effect but that incorporates a grey "box' as a part of the effect.

I might also want to include a drop shadow -- but only around the edges of the arm -- not the square alpha channel.

So I need to isolate the arm from its alpha channel.

Hopefully it's probably a pretty simple solution -and the attached Illustrator file should make things clear....

Here's a link to the illustrator file LINK TO ILLUSTRATOR FILE -- in Dropbox
Thanks

Hi, my teams often bring new designs to me for Websites and Apps.

I have been looking for a way to markup my feedback on their designs digitally and send back to them quickly.

I have looked into Google Jamboard and other similar screens but they are not available in Ireland.

I have an iPad Pro and a Pencil and I was thinking of getting them to do the following, however the process is very cumbersome for the designers:

01 - email each design / screen to me
02 - I save them to Camera Roll
03 - import into a sketch program / app
04 - mark up
05 - save back to camera roll
06 - email marked up screenshots back to designers

Is anyone aware of an app or web app that reduces the amount of steps above or provides a more productive way?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Looking for desktop application to create PDF catalog (letter size) of photo images (thumbnails), six per page or more or less, with custom caption (file name normally) for each image.  A catalog with 600 images would be 100 pages long with six photos (3 up and 2 across) per page.  There should be a way to customize the header and footer.

I could use some help with creating a poster.  Basically I need to take a picture of an iphone and blow it up so that it is poster size.  The size of the poster would be to fit over a regular door.  So like 36" x 80".  Can I do that without any special programs and without losing resolution on the picture?  If someone could coach me with steps... I would be forever grateful.   We do have a wide format printer with 36" paper... so I do have a method to print it... I just need to know how to create it!   THANK YOU!

Hello,

I would like to know where to find high quality product images for my website, like perfumes images, sneakers, electronics and everything else...

I don't mind if I have to pay to download them.

Thank you

Saw this image online and loved it. Need to know what the name of this type of Edit is called so I can youtube it. If there is a free preset I can download for Lightroom CC, that would be even better. However, I would need to know the name of this particular preset.

Hi,

I've just changed to a new Macbook Pro, and i've installed the latest version of Photoshop.

I have two questions.

01 - When i open a file (72dpi) in photoshop it looks really really small, even though it is set to 100% view. If i open the file in Preview, it looks fine.

02 - When i take a screenshot on the Mac, it has a 144 resolution instead of the usual 72dpi (why would this be)

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi. I am new to Photoshop. I want to make a tricolor flag in Adobe Photoshop (for printing). I need some help.
I open Photoshop CS6, and set my canvas size (10.5" wide by 7.5" tall). . It is a tricolor flag (top, middle, and bottom).
I set the canvas to white (so I can write on it later).
Question #1: I want a top and bottom color panel 10.5" wide, by 2.5" tall, of the same CMYK color. What steps do I follow, to do that (and make sure they are lined up)?
Question #2: I want to put a single word on the center panel (which is white), centered, size 22 font. What steps do I follow to make that happen?
THANK YOU

Seem to be having a few issues with slideshow. Not able to preview, play, or export. I am having no luck with adding music files (.mp3) into the slideshow. I tried adding different .mp3's and recreating the slideshow with just a few images, and restarting the app but to no avail.

When adding a music file, i get the following:

I have a 50MB file that is causing Illustrator to consume 12GB out of 16GB system memory. Also hangs Illustrator for a few minutes. I contacted Adobe support and they say the file is the issue. I have no idea how to diagnose this.
