Dear Experts

I understand there are two approaches to handle the duplicate records when same prospect enters the CRM application
approach 1) append duplicate prospect data to a single record approach 2) create duplicate record and mark it status as "Repeated/Duplicated"

approach1) if we go for append duplicate prospect data to a single record would it be possible to have a marketing analysis like current month how many leads entered into SugarCRM including the duplicate leads also would it be possible to understand prospect journey touch points through multi channel showing interest.
approach2)same prospect entering through multiple channels setting duplicate records to “repeated” status would be the most straightforward to implement and link it with the original lead may provide the marketing analysis like current month how many leads entered into SugarCRM including the duplicate leads and from which all campaigns and source.
if we go for approach two then the manual operation can be applied with the same treatment that is if the already existing prospect makes enquiry to the call centre then call centre user applies the same treatment that is copy/create the existing lead and mark the status as "Repeated" and attach it to the respective campaigns
Please suggest which approach in the above is  recommended and best practice , thanks in advance
The COO of AEON Co. Ltd would like to know each store’s percentage of sales from the total sales of all 12 AEON stores in Malaysia. Write the pseudocode and draw the flowchart for this program. Hint: Use array.

To check your understanding of this problem, answer these questions:
How many times the loop should be running?
What will be entered by the user in the loop?
→ total sales of each store
List down all the values of the input (you can fake it but make sure the values are logic) that the user need to enter.

What will be accumulated in the loop?

From the fake values that you’ve entered, what is accumulated value?

From the accumulated value, what do you need to find?

How to find it? Where should this equation be used? In the loop or outside the loop?

Where to save it?

In a sales report I want to enter a date range from two DB fields used in a formula and then list two columns of results that list the results from the date range entered, as well as a comparison column of data from exactly one year previous. I'd like them to be listed side by side. Would I use a Subreport for the comparison data? And if so, how would I take the entered date range and have the Subreport use data from the previous year? I want only one prompt for a date range and have the report handle pulling data from the previous year for the comparison.

For example:

LEAD SOURCE CURRENT DATE RANGE:                                               LEAD SOURCE ONE YEAR AGO:
Lead Source: (formula 1)       Sales TTL: (formula 2)                          Lead Source: (formula 1)       Sales TTL: (formula 2)

I hope this is clear enough to follow, and thanks for the help!

What Excel method(s) are most useful or valid for analyzing the relative sales success of a number of products?

That is a much less-specific question than I would like to be asking but suppose you have a sales report with the following information:

        Products: 200 SKU's
        Date Range: 3 years
        Number of Sales: 11,000+

...and containing the following data (file attached):

I had in mind creating a chart with the [# of items sold] as the vertical axis vs [time elapsed since product introduced] as the horizontal axis. However, that would be quite cluttered with 200 products so I'm interested in other approaches.

Dear all;

I would like to find out whether it is possible to join two related queries to come up with summary data before create a report , example:

Query 1
Has the following fields

ProductID  SalesDate  SalesMixValue

Query 2

ProductID SalesDate SalesMixvalue

The idea here is to find the cumulative movement in terms of SalesMixValue , the thing is that each customer is given a discount on daily basis $200.00 any unused discounts is carried forward on a daily basis for future use , hence the need to determine the sales value on cumulative basis by product ID and Sales Date:

The mechanism here is that Query 2 must be always behind by one day lets say instead of pulling the current data as on 24/08/2017 it should just pull as on 23/08/2017

Query 1 must always pull the current data that is as on 24/08/2017

Now what is required here is to subtract Query 2 (salesMixvalue)  from Query1 (salesMixvalue) so that the accurate sales value netted with discount is reported as daily sales value.

Kindly see how you can help, I have heard of net query but frankly I do not understand it .

I have the following query. The way it is written currently I have a column for each Customer. I was wondering if perhaps there is an easier way to write this. Basically so that I have two columns Customer and Net open Sales for 2017?

        ( SELECT SUM(price * total_qty)
FROM [KLL Open Orders - Header & Detail]
          WHERE ( ( CUSTOMER IN ( 'AMA0010', 'AMA9010', 'AMA9011' )) )
                    AND ( (division = 'KLL') )
                    AND ( (end_date > = DATEADD(DD, -30, GETDATE())) )
                    AND ( ( ORD_STATUS = 'O' ) )
        ) AS Amazon2017 ,
        ( SELECT SUM(price * total_qty)
FROM [KLL Open Orders - Header & Detail]
          WHERE ( ( CUSTOMER IN ( 'BJS0010', 'BJS9010' )) )
                    AND ( (division = 'KLL') )
                    AND ( (end_date > = DATEADD(DD, -30, GETDATE())) )
                    AND ( ( ORD_STATUS = 'O' ) )
        ) AS BJ2017 ,
        ( SELECT SUM(price * total_qty)
FROM [KLL Open Orders - Header & Detail]
          WHERE ( ( CUSTOMER IN ( 'MOD0010', 'MOD9010' )) )
                    AND ( (division = 'KLL') )
                    AND ( (end_date > = DATEADD(DD, -30, GETDATE())) )
                    AND ( ( ORD_STATUS = 'O' ) )
        ) AS Burlington2017 ,
        ( SELECT SUM(price * total_qty)

I want to do this for a customer.

I know I can access their Google Account from my computer (I have the email & password), I don;t remember how to do that (or even access my own Google Account, I know I have one)

How do I do that?

Looking for a system which can reward sales people in a fair and transparent way such that easy for them to trace their own performance online and for us to reward, incentives, training, manage
I have one Facebook account and would like to talk with someone via chat who knows about how to properly configure Facebook, so that it can be used for professional, personal, as well as to sell products.

I currently have this page that is supposed to be my professional Facebook presence and people, even "friends" complain that they can't see anything at all.

1. I would like to be able to have a professional view as the default available at that URL to all the public.

2. I would also like to promote a video designed to sell a product from my website to a Facebook audience that cannot see any of my personal contacts such as so-called "friends" or "acquaintances".

Assistance is greatly appreciated.

In my WP blog, I'd like to give my users the opportunity to sell their associated art (their music)
Now that CD's don't exist, what are the opportunities here? mp3's, iPod?
How is music sold?
Do most people have the ability to acquire this music, in practicality?

I am about to launch a WordPress/WooCommerce site but worry about around the clock support for my site since my developer's in India, Monday thru Friday.

That's about 25% of the week! That being said, I would expect the bulk of sales to be on Eastern Standard Time, 8AM to Midnight, which means his coverage percentage is higher that 25%.

Are there are support models you can think of which would be me paying some small retainer for a WP developer to be on call and getting notified if there is a hiccup or site outage? Then, if there is real work that's needed, I'd pay on an hourly basis?

Do I need to be worried at all about the site have problems which could cause it to be unavailable to process further orders?

I am not worried there may be a one in a hundred error rate which I can resolve when the email comes in, but instead, having a site outage causing orders to stop.
I have a line chart that I use to show sales information.  I use it all year, but would like to highlight (via background shading) each quarter of the year.  I have had no luck so far.  Any suggestions?
I have a youtube video with a pitch for a subscription service.

I plan to get some assistance in promoting the service and want to find a way to tie the link being passed around by each individual salesperson, back to that individual so that I know what commission to pay them if those viewers become customers.

Assistance in figuring out how to do this is greatly appreciated.
The Sales reps absolutely love these and won't gve them up - I need to keep them on the road. 2GB RAM isn't upgradeable, best strategy for using virtual RAM ?
I have this view with the year to date sales values for each stock item sold: -
SELECT        Year, [Stock Code], SUM(SalesValue) AS TotVal
FROM            dbo.tbl_My_Table
GROUP BY Year, [Stock Code]
HAVING        (Year = YEAR(GETDATE()))

I want to create a SQL job to populate a table overnight e.g. tbl_Inventory_Category

I need to add StockCode and Category to the table, StockCode comes from the view. 'Category' is calculated thus:

•      A=  Products that make up 65% year to date sales.
•      B= Next 20%
•      C= Next 10%
•      D= Next 5%

Does anyone know how to achieve this?
Have the attached report that simply shows sales by day.  I am wanting to add a Max line at the 150K to go across the page.  Does anyone know how to do this as the crystal graphs seems limited.
I am using Google Tag Manager for Wordpress:
I have followed all of the instructions.
I have an Analytics Account And a Tag Manager Account.
I have the Tags and the Trigger setup but I am still not getting Sales Data in Analytics.  Is there a tutorial out there or a know solution?  Does anyone have any recommendations on where to start to fix the issue?
Hello All,

Please provide me with a URL address of the Sprint PCS add a phone program.

I know several users who all currently have a single Sprint PCS cell phone and are interested in finding the details of how they can add a second phone to their Spring PCS account using the current Sprint PCS promotion that we have heard is going on until the end of June of 2017.
Dear Experts

I am just thinking about this very cliched phrase that is so often used by corporate executives. And this dawned upon me when my friend asked me what is my USP when I decided to setup a store on an online marketplace.

I am thinking of this from 2 angles:
  1. From a business angle
  2. From a product angle

What really differentiate Supermarket A from Supermarket B,C, or D?

  • They will likely be selling the similar range of brands at likely the similar prices.
  • They will likely have the similar facilities like parking, children friendly facilities, etc
  • The level of service will likely be the same

So how can a business as such really differentiate themselves? And even if they do, how can prevent it from being duplicated.

And at the end, if they really came with something unique .. is it really a uniqueness that matter to the consumers?
We've recently written a couple of reporting programs in PHP and Javascript for our own bespoke software that reads data from a table to return tonnage, sales, costs and margin by customer.
The table has a cron job that rebuilds the table twice daily, currenly at around 2am and then again around 1pm.
We find that the first user to run a report following a table update, that the server call times out returning a HTTP time out error on screen.
Is there a reason, that anyone knows of as to why it only happens on the first server call?
If we close down the window and re-open to run the report again it works without issue and get a normal response time of a couple of seconds.
