This table contains summary entries for each hours that sales were made.  No entry is written for hours that do not have sales

Sales hours are between 8am and 6pm

trying to write a query that will fill return a record for each potential sales hour with a zero amount for hours not in sales table
per sales associate per day  (for space reasons I just included one day)

Here is what I would like the query results to be

I was wodnering if anyone could kindly help please. I may go on a little bit but please bare with me. I am stuck on how to calculate this particular scenario.

A company charges its clients various different prices depending on the amount of sales per month as follows:

£0-300 sales / £30.00 fees per month  
£301-600 sales / £60.00 fees per month
£601-1000 sales / £90.00 fees per month
£1001-2000 sales / £180.00 fees per month
£2001-3000 sales / £250.00 fees per month
£3001-5000 sales / £300.00 fees per month
£5001-7000 sales / £400.00 fees per month
£7001-10,000 sales / £500.00 fees per month
The company has a one off cost £300 per client to set up its clients.

the company has 15 clients and they all get charged different fees per month as they do not have the same sales figures per month.

My question is what would be the best way to have a formula where I can see the breakeven point for the company. As the company would only ever have a one off cost of £300 per client but have various sales revenue figures, I am finding it hard to think of how to do this.

I would very much appreciate it if someone could guide me to a formula. Thank you in advance 🙂
I need help to make financial reports.

I have a website that can show reports about sales and I need it to be printed when the user want it.

The condition is that:
1. Every page must have page number.
2. Printer can tell wheter to change to another paper or not, like a customer reports if the customers is change, so it will be printed to another page even to the current page for the current customer is just half the page.
3. There have to be header for every page and date too under the header, and the footer is just a straight line, like a border bottom.
4. It just can be printed if the user have the permission to do so.
5. It just can be exported if the user have the permission to do so, the export can be csv, excel, and pdf.
6. The tools control can be made by me and can be control by the permission the user have.

I already tried mpdf but I can't handle the download button and other tools because my reports is a dynamic one not the fixed that can be just called like a normal document.

What tools I can use to make the reports I need and with the condition I want?

Imagine this scenario -

A user walks into one of our support centres. The user has one of our mobile apps installed on their device. A beacon within the support centre is set to transmit an alert to a support tech when it detects the presence of our mobile app close to it. The beacon sends information on the user to the support tech who is able to identify them.

I am a C# developer and Mac user and like the idea of using Microsoft's Visual Studio 2017 for Mac to write a cross platform app for iPhone and Android.

I have played with Xamarin and understand it's actually a website I would be offering, which is in stark contrast to an Objective C native app.

My question involves the need to the App Store from Apple.

If I wrote a cross-plarform app, could I distribute it outside the Apple channel? An iPhone user can purchase anything they want from a website.


I have 2 different methods which are used to forecast future product returns, the problem is that the answers from each method are drastically different - ie; one method is nearly double the forecast qty of the other (4966 vs 2689), and I'm looking for some advice on which is the most appropriate or "statistically correct" (if there is such a thing).

The data that is involved is Sales and Returns of a product across the product timeline.
The product timeline refers to the date from when the product was first sold, to the date when the warranty runs out on that first sale.
The warranty period for the product is eg; 36 months - so 36 months after the first sale is made, the warranty expires and the product is no longer in the Warranty Install Base (WIB).

The WIB is cumulative sales from the first sale of the product until the warranty runs out.

The first method uses the returns per month against the WIB (for that month) to provide the monthly return rate.

The second method uses the cumulative returns per month against the WIB (for that month) to provide the cumulative return rate.

The first method:
Assuming we are running the report in May, n order to project/predict the return rate for June, the report looks at the average return rate for the previous 12 months, and uses this average as the return rate for June.

Setting up a new store. There will be about 1300 different inventory items.  I have a merchant Visa/MC processing account. Is there a way to process all the sales on an iPad? When I was at a farmer's market once, the shop owner did the whole thing on his iPad. Typed in the product code on the pad, swiped my card and I signed right on the screen. The receipt got emailed to me in lieu of printing. I really liked the simple solution. This is also the way the Apple salespeople do it at Apple stores. No need for a big cash register set up. Not even a computer or printer.

So..... what app is that? What was that guy using at the farmer's market?

FYI: My merchant services provider is PayPal (NOT to be confused with PayPal "request money" via email). It's a service that PayPal has that directly processes the Visa/MC WITHOUT the PayPal stuff that most people do (i.e. sign up for an account, yada yada).

Anyway, if the above could be done, great. and the following would be an extra bonus, if possible:

1) Scan barcodes with the iPad camera
2) keep track of inventory

We are evaluating to provide crome note books to sales force team who are using SugarCRM enterprise , at present they are using SugarCRM mobile app but there is a requirement from them for the laptop/note book, also we have integrated SugarCRM with google.
 please suggest me does crome notebook does it have a portability or supports dongle/data card for the internet,  this is in additional to the wifi connectivity also is it possible to control the app level like to restrict users only use business applications like CRM and ERP.

I want to protect a cell from editing but allow the cell to be populated with a radio command button that populates the cell with the user id and timestamp.  a pop up message appears when the cell has been populated (in my case approving the form).  I can certainly lock the cell but then the radio button doesn't work,  what do I need to add on the front end of marco below?

We are trying to build and excel spreadsheet for our sales people on their commission they earn and are have difficulties putting in the correct formulas.  Here is what we are trying to accomplish.  If a Sales Person make a sale to ABC company on 1/1/17 for a 36 month period for $1000.00 they are paid in percentages in the given form.  Month 1 -12 they are paid 10%, 13 - 24 @ 4%, 25 - 36 @ 1% and commission is ended at the the end of the 36th month.  Any advise would be helpful to get on the right track.

I have a client who says that only 18% of their online sales (of a book) come from what PayPal terms, "mobile devices", which appears to be significantly lower than what his web stats indicate are mobile visitors.  All things being equal, his sales should be well over 50% mobile, since well over 50% of his visitors are mobile.

Does PayPal consider tablets such as iPad and Android to be mobile devices?  Or are just phones mobile devices?  I cannot find anywhere where PayPal defines this.
We have a situation where a user-defined field has been added to the main Invoices table on a customer's Pastel Accounting system to store a VAT number. In certain situations the user has to enter that VAT number and if they do not then a trigger will come into operation to warn them by displaying a message. The problem arises when, after having shown the message, the user goes back to enter the value in the field but the system does not perform the update. Is there a chart or article or rule of thumb for consulting rate differentials?
If a consultant gets paid $X dollars per hour on a W-2 basis, what does that translate to on a 1099 basis?
Is it 50% more? 2% more?  I'm interested in the higher-tax states like NY, NJ, CT, CA
I realize that state and city taxes factor into this so perhaps there might be a chart with various states/locales listed.
I want to join two tbls (or more, not sure I need tblReps?) in a qry.  What kind of joins do I need here?  Need to include rep that might have 0 sales and/or quotes for given week as well.

I have attempted asking this before, but can't seem to put the pieces together.  I hope I'm, at least, learning to to better ask my question(s)!  So I am starting over.

I have tblSales & tblQuotes that I want to pull up activity data by Rep by entering 3 parameters:  WeekEndingDate (weeks end on Fridays), month and qtr.  I also would like to include reps with 0 sales and/or quotes for any given interval.

Please let me know what add'l info you need.  I'm nervous about uploading a my db, tried to create a dummy db, but not sure I've masked all sensitive info.

Say my company is "X" number days into the year, and my sales are "Y".

I would like a formula to calculate my estimated annual sales based on the current date, calculating the number of days from the first day of the year (January 1) until today, and calculating the estimated end of year total sales based on year to date sales.

I would like to do this without entering an actual date anywhere in the spreadsheet, but instead based on my computer's internal time and date.

For example, if the date was today, February 23, there would have been 54 days since (and including) January 1, so if my sales today were $150,000, the formula return I am looking for would be $1,013,888.99.  ((($150,000/(todays date - January 1))*365)

Hmm ... had what I thought was a similar issue and the solution above didn't work.  Rep #10 had $0 sales for week.  Tried left/right outer joins, is this somehow a different scenario bc it's not working?
