Have recently been having issues with emails getting through to a few clients/suppliers that have emails with a specific email host.  we thought it was specifically a spam issue, but in an email this morning from that email host, they have indicated -

"During our investigation, it was determined that the message was not marked as spam on our filters. The error that occured was caused by a DKIM signature does not match the mail body, We suggest that you check your DKIM records for corrupted or wrong DKIM records."

our domain is registered with GoDaddy
our host is SquareSpace
and our email client is exchange with Office365

when i go into Office365 there is a section that allows you to enable DKIM, but when I click on that, it tells me that I need to create CNAME records for this configuration...

my question is....where do I do this? GoDaddy? SquareSpace? or both?

and how exactly do I do that?  I have read a bunch of posts and watched a bunch of videos, but they all seem to be missing something that relates to us....

Thanks

I have a client that was contracted to make some changes to a website from SquaredSpace. https://www.thelearningcurvelkn.com
The website offers classes for high school kids to help them prep for the SAT/ACT tests.
Originally when you clicked on a link to a class, it took you to Eventbrite for more information and to register and pay.
To save money, they decided to drop Eventbrite and use SquaredSpace's e-commerce.
She set it up correctly. Now when she clicks on the calendar entry, she gets the following error:

We couldn't find the page you were looking for. This is either because:

There is an error in the URL entered into your web browser. Please check the URL and try again.
The page you are looking for has been moved or deleted.

You can return to our homepage by clicking here, or you can try searching for the content you are seeking by clicking here.

If I click on a button at the top of the website, called Classes & Bootcamps, it will redirect me to the classes, I click on the class of interest and then the description page with the shopping cart appears.

I can't get the URLs to change. They use SLUGS which can't be changed when I go into the options of the page.

The page with the problem directs me to : /new-events/class/jumpstartmath1
the button directs me to /class/jumpstarttomath1

This is the first time for me working in SquaredSpace, so I am learning everything first hand.

I've seen a Squarespace website that has a BOOK AN APPOINTMENT button that links to https://abcchiropractor.janeapp.com/.   janeapp.com has acquired cloud storage and has created a subdomain for the business abcchiropractor.  They've also associated a function with the storage that books appointments after referring to a database, etc.  They say they've also created a Charting function that lets doctors keep charts on individual patients.

I want to do something similar, where my clients can have their own space in a cloud where they can describe an idea that they want to develop and bring to market. So after logging in to their cloud area, they could upload videos that described themselves and their idea, as well as images and documents. This could all be viewed by other people, like potential investors.

I'm looking for a development platform that would do as much of the heavy lifting here as possible. My initial thought is to start with a Squarespace site.  From there the client would log into their cloud area and upload what they wanted to their private space.   Does anyone know of a platform that might work for me here?

Thank you!

Need help fixing 550 5.4.1 error message.  I registered a domain with SquareSpace.  I want to use Office 365 to host business email and Skype.  The accounts are all new setups, so there's no migration of past emails that I need.  Through Office 365 I followed the directions to add the DNS settings and Name Servers.  When I verify the settings through Office 365 DNS Admin, it says everything is OK.  I can send email from Office 365 but am unable to receive.  I've missed something, but I'm not sure how to fix.  I've tried looking around on the internet for a solution and have not been successful in following the suggestions to fix.  Here's the error code I get:
