I need to show specific favourites in Edge on the top toll bar, but I cannot get these to show.
What can I do to see this?
When I pin Chrome shortcut to the taskbar, then open Chrome the shortcut disappears.   The shortcut on the desktop is still there and works fine.   I am using Windows 10 Professional 64 bit.
I would like to know why when I click on a message saying "if you are having a problem viewing this email in outlook click here to open in browser. See image capture. The email opens in IE 11 not in Chrome as it would have been if I would to click on the email links if it would have been displayed otherwise. My default browser is Chrome.

Hello experts.
Can you please provide me with an example  in visual C Sharp,
of how to programmatically
 open Chrome web browser,
 navigate to a website
and click on a button?
thank you.
Attached screenshot is what we have for the web server.  It is just IIS window 2012.
Do you have any ideas which one should be checked?

currentwe host our web server in house, and we recently require to work with pci compliance vendor to get compliance.
After it is scanned, we have just 5 issues related to Cipher in our web server.
do you know any tools we can use and hope to get it fixed? below is one of those.

The remote service accepts connections encrypted using SSL 2.0 and/or SSL 3.0. These versions of SSL are affected by several cryptographic flaws, including: - An insecure padding scheme with CBC ciphers. - Insecure session renegotiation and resumption schemes. An attacker can exploit these flaws to conduct man-in-the-middle attacks or to decrypt communications between the affected service and clients. Although SSL/TLS has a secure means for choosing the highest supported version of the protocol (so that these versions will be used only if the client or server support nothing better), many web browsers implement this in an unsafe way that allows an attacker to downgrade a connection (such as in POODLE). Therefore, it is recommended that these protocols be disabled entirely. NIST has determined that SSL 3.0 is no longer acceptable for secure communications. As of the date of enforcement found in PCI DSS v3.1, any version of SSL will not meet the PCI SSC's definition of 'strong cryptography'. See also : …
Good evening experts,
I believe that I have a virus within my Opera Browser. The symptom  is a non stop proliferation of popup ads on the bottom right side of the browser window. Below are examples of the continuous popups.

You get the picture!

I have tried Norton with lifelock, spyhunter, SUPERantiSpyware, and MalwareBytes.
I have reset opera to it's default values.
I have uninstalled Opera and re-installed.
I have checked for rogue taskschedular events.
I have looked for suspicious processes,startup items,services.
I have rebooted into safemode to see if I could remove Opera and re-install.

Nothing seems to work, because after a few minutes of browsing (msn, YouTube, Facebook, etc..), the popups re-appear. The popups don't make the Opera browser unusable, but it is annoying as hell to keep seeing the popups I attached and many many others that I didn't show you. The attachments were simply a means to show you how pervasive the popups are.

To be clear, Non of my other browsers, Chrome, Firefox, OperaGX, or Edge have this problem. I simply prefer using Opera. Plus I want to find the root cause of this pervasive annoyance. Even as I write this post, the popups are there.

I have researched on the net how to remove this issue manually , but it entails a detailed and complicated journey thru the taskschedular, …
Hi Experts,

I have the following code that gives users a message to update their browser if its not the latest one.

case when [@field:Browser]="Chrome 79.0"  or [@field:Browser]="Safari 13.0" or [@field:Browser]="Firefox 71.0" or [@field:Browser]="InternetExplorer 11.0" or [@field:Browser]="Safari 13.0"   then  ''  else 'Please update your browser! ' end

Open in new window

However since it can change from one minute to the next (as it just happened to chrome from 78 to 79), I would like to change the logic for something like, if Browser < 'Chrome 78.0'...

How can I accomplish that?

- Ensure your browser has permission to access the webcam.
- Ensure your browser's Flash plugin is enabled and working.

Where are those settings in Chrome version 79.0.3945.79 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I don't see Flash as an add-on or plugin. A program requiring photo ID by webcam failed to turn the webcam on and I had to do it manually.

The Google Chrome cannot be open.

I did cleaning up all temp folder (%temp%, and under \windows); and The chrome still does not open.

I restart the laptop for the pending "windows update"; and the chrome still does not open.

Then, I try to uninstall the google chrome at “programs & features”, but failed.

A user is having trouble with their Chrome browser not working.  No matter what site is entered, it says "Snap - this page cannot be displayed".  When I try to go into SETTINGS, it does not open.  I uninstalled Chrome, rebooted, and reinstalled it, to no avail.  Anyone run into this before?  Chrome is normally a solid browser, so this is highly unusual.

My site gets a cookie error in the console:

I use a plug-in called:

I decided to Inspect the page and found these errors...

This is a new site, but I am not promoting it yet. I have no Terms of Use, but plan to do that. I guess what I can conclude from this error is that the plug-in (mention above) uses a cookie.

What shall I do about this error? What does it mean?

We have a bit of jquery to hide/show a div based on the answer provided in a question.  The show portion if the value is over 103000 doesn't work in Edge but does is Firefox and Chrome.  I added the window alert just to see if the stupid thing was even triggering.  It does if I delete the value - it will do the alert and hide the div but if I change something that was 109000 and make it less, it doesn't trigger the hide or the windows alert.  All of this works in Firefox and Chrome.  There is nothing in the troubleshooting that would indicate there is a problem.

 $('#FI_AGI').change(function() {
        if ($('#FI_AGI').val()>103000)  {

Stop pop-ups appearing on the bottom right corner.

Hi Experts,

advertisement pop-ups keep coming up on the bottom right corner on windows 10. I believe it has something to do with the browsing but I couldn't find anything on the chrome that's enabling that. Other windows 10 users have also complained, any idea how to disable that annoying function?
In .Net the regex (?<=>[^<]*?)\bă works as expected (find words that start with ă and are not located within a tag).

But in JavaScript Chrome \b won't work with Unicode texts.

What would be the correct equivalent in JavaScript for the above .Net expression?

(I am referring to the latest versions of regex/regexp)

        var translate_bowser_osname = {"Windows":"win", "macOS":"mac"};
        $.getJSON("https://omahaproxy.appspot.com/all.json?os=" + translate_bowser_osname[bowser.osname] + "&channel=stable", function(data) {
            var latest = data[0].versions[0].current_version.match(/\d*\.{0,1}\d+/).pop() * 1;
