It is a weird issue. website is hosted in a windows Azure VM. Wampserver running. everything was fine till few days ago. From few days ago website is very slow, and some hours it is not coming up at all! I do have three websites on this and need an urgent help please. even if it is a paid help.
I am quoting a wordpress responsive website quote for this client.  http://freshflo.com/pond.html
Problem is, I am not sure how to handle her "chart" with product information.  Is there a plugin that would work well for this that would let the chart resize to fit mobile devices?
Does anyone know what this means:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_upload_dir() in /home/qualityirrigatio/public_html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/includes/functions.php on line 18.

I installed the Contact Form 7 plugin & activated, Have not yet used it on any page.

I think there is another Contact form plugin on the site; can that by an issue?

There is a CRON job somewhere in the world that creates a "/boutique" folder within my client's public_html folder. The existance of this folder causes the client's boutique to stop working, since apache shows the empty folder rather than using WordPress's redirects to show the appropriate page.

We do NOT know where the CRON job comes from and we may never find it. So we are looking for a different solution.

Within cpanel and WHM there is the ability to run CRON jobs. Perhaps I could create a CRON job that would erase the "/boutique" folder, and I could configure this to run every hour or so.

The problem is that I don't know how to do this. Could someone help me?

Thank you.
hi on this site here http://ballinabyronglass.com.au/newsite/
The header and logo are so small its funny.  Is there any way to increase the logo site and fill out the header?
Can anyone give me any hints in CSS to get this looking better please?
None of my changes in the child css or in the custom css makes a difference and I would really appreciate some help?
I have this site here
and I am trying to remove all the white space and can't seem to get my css to respond.
I am also trying to get the logo of the main site to appear larger and my css won't respond.C
Can anyone help me pull this site in tight?
Here is the php code that I have made a hyperlink to a phone number

                        <? php cryout_header_widgets_hook(); ?>

But its now made the text blue.
what do i need to add to make it black in the css.
Also is the code working to make the link go to a phone number?
I was wondering is it possible and if so, can you have a form set up that has a selection of checkboxes and any checkbox that is selected will fire off a specfic email.
So for example you have 5 choices, you choose 3 places, and then those three places get the email?
Can someone show me how to set that up the form code if is possible?
Added anchor tags to a Wordpress post using the code <a id=" ">Destination Name</a>. Then used /#destination-name for the link in an email - as suggested in all tutorials I found. Yet the links aren't delivering me to those anchor locations.

Any tips on linking to an external site's anchor tags?
I am trying to remove the space between the content of the site and the footer where the 3 logos appear.  I tried modifying the following but it isn't the right declaration.

.site-container {
    margin: 0rem auto;
border-bottom:1px solid #ccc;}

Any advice?

I am still learning mobile design. How do I change the footer so that it doesn't extend full width on desktop?  I tried to modify the .site-footer to a specific width but I had problems getting the correct width.

I am trying to move the testimonial widget h2 title down (appears at bottom of page) but nothing I try works.   This is what I have been modifying.  What am I missing?

On this site her http://tchp.com.au you will see when you make it mobile the phone number on the right hand side crumble in.
How can I fix this header to be responsive and to also make it so you can click the phone number to take it to your mobile to ring.
I notice when its responsive the logo disappears, which isn't ideal, so how can I make it so the logo and the phone number are still showing onthe mobile and and the mobile is a hyperlink?

Can anyone help on this one at all for me?

Thank you and i hope there is a solution because I am lost on this...unless I create a sigular image that I make a hyperlink in the header.php file?  Would that work?

I have a Wordpress site which has numerous media files (images, pdf's, docs, etc) - all of which have a direct URL (ie www.domain.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/example.jpg). This image also has an item number in the database (ie item=6106).

I need a way to link to that image file using the item number instead of the filename. Can anyone help me with that? Thanks.
My theme "Eight Sec" uses the custom logo  feature in Apperance --> customize.

Everything is great, but for some reason, when the width of the page gets below 980px the logo becomes giant in size.

I'm not sure where it is pulling this functionality, but how can i get rid of this, so the logo size stays the same on all screen sizes.

My Website
The template inserts one quote mark in the testimonials h2 area.  Can't seem to figure out what is calling it using Inspector.  I assume it is a background image.  How do I remove?

Ok, i don't really understand how SSL works, so apologies.

I have a website i ported to another hosting environment. It was an SSL site, which i needed because i had online transactions with Stripe.

I don't need the online transactions for the moment. I will later probably.

When i ported the WordPress site over, it works on all pages except the home page, which throws an SSL error, not secure.

It doesn't happen on all browsers, but I don't want anybody getting this.

What do I need to do to make it so this doesn't happen?  I want to remove the error and wait until later to get the SSL set up again.

The site is at http://nyackboatcharter.com.

This is our first Wordpress project and we are using Yoast SEO.   We opted for the Custom Homepage option of the theme instead of the Static Homepage.  Never used or wanted latest blog post to be the homepage.

Yoast SEO tool works great on the rest of the pages, relatively a WYSIWYG deal.  But modifying the Home page in the SEO tool has no bearing on the Customized Home page appearance.  But it DOES affect the meta information displayed in Google's Search results.

So which page am I supposed to optimize; the Custom Page which is visible to the public, or this "phantom" page for which Google sees  Meta information?  Right now I'm doing both as best I can.  The page done through Yoast tool isn't pretty, but it seems to score well with Yoast.  The Customized page looks OK, but not sure if Google sees or cares about it's  SEO attributes.

Our homepage is https://CQCash.com
Thanks for your help,

Here is the content of a Contact Form 7 form:

<p>Your Name (required)<br />
    [text* your-name] </p>

<p>Your Email (required)<br />
    [email* your-email] </p>

<p>Your Phone Number (required)<br />
    [text* your-phone] </p>

<p>[submit "Send"]</p>

When the form is submitted, we get this message: "Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator..........

What causes this?
I have been asked to make changes, add pages, etc. to an existing WordPress site.

The live site is https://quality-irrigation.com

I have worked with a number of other WordPress sites; I have NEVER run into the roadblocks this one presents.

I am trying to create a new page for Careers. I add a new page. I want it to look like other pages with a left sidebar & custom image at the top. Like the attached typical_other_page.jpg

My page design looks like page_design.jpg; when previewed it looks like page_preview.jpg. Note that on my new page, it throws in a top image (I have NO CLUE how) and has no left sidebar.

I have examined the other pages designs till I am blue in the face, I cannot see how to cause the left sidebar nor the custom image at the top.

The theme is called Quality.

I suspect the left sidebar can be handled with a widget, but if I fool with widgets, I am afraid I will screw up the whole site. I can't see any way to apply a widget to a specific page, I would think that would be in the page design itself.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Any pointers would be GREATLY appreciated

We've recently come across the following error message on our WordPress website:

Warning: apcu_fetch(): Function spl_autoload_call() hasn’t defined the class it was called for in /home/content/file_path/html/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 1905

The hosting tech support couldn't replicate the problem either. Unfortunately, they don't tend to investigate WordPress problems too deeply so I don't think that they will look into this any further.
The error is intermittent so I suspect that it could be something to do with our internet connection.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this problem and what the solution may be?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Boy, I really need advice with this full width header: http://dev dot techgardens.com/ I have the full width video, but then she wants two separate pieces of text, and then a centered button below, like this picture. I got it so it looked good in desktop view, but on mobile it doesn't work. Help? Thanks. (I'm on wordpress 4.7.1, with the Elegant themes did builder)

Basically we have a form here http://www.tchp.com.au/enquiry/ and depending on what PARK they select, we would like an email to be sent to the selected park.  Does anyone know how to achieve that with contact form 7 in wordpress or if its possible.

Could you show me how to do it  if it can be done?
I would like to add a very simple form to a website. The form will include, for example, two fields, one where you pick from a drop down list. This will be a type of vehicle (representing a value). The next will be a field where you enter a number (of hours). Then I would like it to take those two fields and display a calculation.

The site is hosted on WordPress. Is there a tool/plugin out there to accomplish this? Or would this need to be created manually?

Thanks in advance!
