I have a feeling this is really easy for somone who knows code. Attached is the dialog box I am using. The end result is I want it to say:

Hello my first name is (Insert First name) and my last name is (insert last name)

First name is pulled with ${Contacts.First.Name} and Last name is pulled with ${Contacts.Last.Name}

Any idea what I put in the Formula Expression to make this work? It currently is working with the given formula. The result is just the first name.

It does not make sense for my Zoho to associate my customers to accounts. It is Business to Customer not B to B.

Is there a way I can delete the whole account part? It makes no sense to track.
