This video tutorial explains how to create a Network Profile within vCloud Automation Center 6. A network profile is a static pool of IP addresses managed by vCAC. This provides IP management capabilities but is highly limited. For more scalable IPAM use either DHCP (default) or integrated products such as NSX or vCNS (vCloud Network and Security)

Video Steps

1. Login to vCAC engineering tenant

2. Go to Infrastructure/Reservations/Network Profiles

3. Brief description of what Network Profiles provide

4. Go to New Network Profile/External

5. Create a External-2 Network Profile

6. Add subnet mask and gateway

7. Description of an IP range for External-2 Network Profile if utilized

8. Review External Network Profile and description
