This video tutorial explains how to create a Business Group within vCloud Automation Center 6. A business group allows one to associate a set of users to a particular resource or a group of resources.

Video Steps

1. Login into Engineering tenant

2. Go to Infrastructure/Groups/Business Groups

3. Create New Business Group

4. Give it a name associated to a particular business unit. In our example we use Engineering.

5. Explanation of machine prefixes and association to the Engineering Business Group

6. Explanation of Active Directory Container option.

7. Explanation of Group Manager role

8. Explanation of Send manager emails to field. Add administrator@corp.ratfarm.com

9. Explanation of support role and user role
