Teach the user how to convert virtaul disk file formats and how to rename virtual machine files on datastores.

Video Steps

1. Open vSphere Web Client

2. Review VM disk settings

3. Migrate VM to new datastore with a thick provisioned (lazy zeroed) disk format

4. Rename a VM

5. Storage vMotion to a new datastore

6. Verify that the VM directory and file names have been changed to match the VM's name
