This video shows how to remove a single email address from the Outlook 2010 Auto Suggestion memory.

NOTE: For Outlook 2016 and 2013 perform the exact same steps.

Video Steps

1. Open a new email

Click the New email button in Outlook.

2. Start typing the address

In TO, CC or BCC, start typing the address you want to remove from autocomplete.

3. Remove it by clicking X

When the problem address is displayed, hover over it and click the X button on the right.
