1. Launch Settings
Click the start button and then click on Settings.2. Open Time & Language
On the settings page click on Time & Language3. Click on Language
On the Time & Language page, click on Language on the Left hand side.4. Click the + button
On the bottom of the page, click the plus button to add a preferred language and then select the language from the list and follow the prompts
