In this Exchange 2019 video we show you how to navigate the Exchange Toolbox and to view mail queues using the Queue Viewer as well as using PowerShell to achieve the same result.

Video Steps

1. Open the Exchange Toolbox

Click on start and then expand Exchange 2019 and click on Exchange Toolbox.

2. Launch Queue Viewer

Once it has loaded, double click on Queue Viewer.

3. View the Queue

Once it opens, the queue viewer should show you info about the server you are connected to.
