In this video we show you how to work with the Exchange Management Shell (EMS) to run the command to update all offline address books as well as individual ones and we explain why we would do this as Exchange only runs a task once daily to update OAB's.

Video Steps

1. Launch Exchange Management Shell

Click on Start and then expand Exchange Server 2019 and right click on the Exchange Management Shell and select "Run as Administrator"

2. Type in command

Type in the command: Get-offlineAddressbook | Update-OfflineAddressbook
