In this video, we demonstrate how to import a PST file into a mailbox. We also explain the different options you can use in the PowerShell command when doing PST imports.

Video Steps

1. Launch Exchange Management Shell

Click on start and then expand Exchange 2019 and right click on the Exchange Management Shell and run as administrator

2. Run command

Run the following command: New-MailboxImportRequest -Mailbox User4 -FilePath \\EX2019A\PSTFiles\User5.pst
