1. Launch Exchange Management Shell
Click on start and then expand Exchange 2019 and right click on the Exchange Management Shell and run as administrator2. Run command
Run the following command: Set-MailboxDatabase -identity "MBX1-Store1" -CircularLoggingEnabled $True
