In legacy versions of Windows, you had to load software for your DVD writer or CD writer and this gave you the ability to mount ISO files, in Windows 10, you do not need any 3rd party software as you can open ISO files right from your downloads folder.

Video Steps

1. Open Downloads/Documents

Click on Windows Explorer in the taskbar and navigate to your folder where you have your ISO file.

2. Double click ISO

Double click on the ISO file, this will open up the next drive letter and show you the files within the ISO.
