In Outlook, you can have Server Side rules or Client side rules. In this video we should you how to run the command to clean any client side rules in Outlook.

Video Steps

1. Launch Outlook

Right click the start button and select run.

2. Type in Option

Type in Outlook /cleanclientrules and then press Enter to launch outlook with that switch.
