can anyone help a newbie with a card game please
i am trying to create a cardgame in vb6 but it is my first time at programming, i have the rules for the game, but dont know where to start, i have tried countles vb  tutorials, all of which have done more to confuse me than anything else, and none have even hinted about builing even a simple card game, any help would be greatly appreciated

Learn basic syntax of Visual Basic first. Then create a couple of small test programs, including an ImageList. Get the experience first, then try to create a program which uses logic.

note: the card-game itself is not so much a problem. the hard thing is the artificial intelligence of the electronic players (if any)
