I'm trying to find Wrkgadm.exe but with no success.  Where is it located in xp?
How does this relate to System.mdw?

Yyou use wrkgadm.exe (in older versions of Access) to create custom workgroup (.mdw) files but has nothing to do with the system.mdw directly.
