Problem Deleting Message off Exchange 2003 using Moto Q 9c
I have a Moto Q 9c Smartphone, running Windows Mobile 6.  I connect to my Exchange 2003 through Active Sync.  When I receive a mail message, and delete the message on my smartphone, I have noticed that it does not delete the message off the server.  Also when I sync my calendar I do not get recurring appointments.  Could someone help me with these two issues?

Here is another source for active push sync from MS:

Another user has an HTC Touch Pro running Windows Mobile 6.1.  When he deletes a message from his smartphone, it automatically removes it off the server/Outlook inbox.  He connects to the same server as I do.

That worked.  I removed the Exchange account and reset the device.  Setup the account again and now it deletes the mail off the device and server.  I am hoping it will also take care of an activesync error I was getting on the Exchange server.  So far, no error.  Thank you.
