Look here: http://members.driverguide.com/driver/detail.php?driverid=804517
Or perform a search on www.cnet.com
That provides some results on your Ultra320 controller.

Driverguide one didn't work.

This board has an embedded controller. It is not a controller card.
What about Adaptec site?

On the adaptec site which one would you suggest?

These are 32bit Windows XP drivers.
And here are 64bit XP drivers:

Yes that works. Thank you. The raid controller for ICH5R was the one. I have a large raid array disk so it took a long time to load windows.
